I received a discount for paying cash and my food was ready within 15 minutes from calling. They packaged everything very well. The main difference I noticed is the portion size and amount of meat served. This is a good choice for people that live in the area, but doesn't beat other Vietnamese restaurants in the Catonsville/Ellicott City area.“
