Came in here to get a quick bit to eat after shopping in the area and I’m honestly surprised I didn’t get food poisoning after eating here. When I walked in the whole floor was dirty and disgusting, the trash was piled high. I went to order and the food looked old and all dried up, and they didn’t clean the station. When I got to the checkout the lady said they were all out of the drinks that came with my meal except for Milk and the whole soda machine was out. I then went to the bathroom and it smelled foul and looked like it hadn’t been clean in years. All of the workers sit around since it’s quiet and don’t do anything. I’ve been to several other locations in Maryland and this is the worst one so far.

This is quite possibly the worst experience I have had here. I hate to write bad reviews but this needs to be said… just don’t waste your time. We did an online order. Got there it took 20 minutes to make after it was suppose to be ready. Then they were made entirely wrong and I had to go back to have them remake it. Woman disappeared for several minutes to reprint the order instead of just asking me what they were. Then to top it off she stopped making my order to make a DoorDash order. Such a waste of time.

Not even gonna cap. This is probably the worst qdoba I have been to. First time I went there my food was cold and not fresh. The food looked like it wasn’t fully cooked. The second time I went there a woman had on a bonnet while working… Everything was messy. Most of all the food was gone. Aye man I wouldn’t come here if I were you. As soon as we walked in, store full of smoke, ordered, staff were mediocre. As I looked behind the counter I was APPALLED by the disgusting area. The tables don’t look like they’ve been cleaned since the store opened, dirty dish water sitting next to the soda machine, also full of mystery water. Only ate the food because I paid for it and I’m too cheap to not reap the repercussions.

Went for early meal 4/30/2022 and we were only customers. Two male staff, and the entire restaurant was filthy. Every surface was dirty, every window grimy, sneeze sheild glass so dirty you couldn't see through it. No soap in very smelly bathrooms. Kitchen looked disorganized and had spills & crumbs everywhere. In age of Covid this is unacceptable.

The experience I had at this location was actually mind-blowing.My boyfriend and I decided to stop by to get a quick bite to eat after running some errands. We go inside and at first only saw one girl that was working. She had BOTH air pods in and didn't even acknowledge our existence. She goes to the back and doesn't come back out for a good little bit. In the meantime, my boyfriend noticed that there was another girl 'working' and she was sleeping on the line where food is made. Yes, SLEEPING. We didn't even know what to do. By this point, he was ready to leave.. absolutely ridiculous for someone to be sleeping out front. The girl eventually makes an appearance from the back and still doesn't come up to help us. I tried to get her attention and I still got nothing. We ended up walking out in disbelief. I have never had an experience like this before and I plan on never going back to this location.

You would think if you work at a place that sells burritos, they would know how to make a Burrito. Not the case here. I ordered a Burrito online to go, which was very poorly made....basically fell apart upon unwrapping the foil. So I had to just eat it with a fork. Missing ingredients, it was 80% white rice. Way too much rice, barely any sauce/vegetables. I don't know if it was the lettuce, but there was something in it that I simply couldn't eat...almost a plastic like feel I had to spit. It's obvious whoever is managing this place simply doesn't care, and it shows as there were more employees there than customers. The worst part was that after throwing half of it away, it was a waste of time to drive all the way back there to get my money back. I don't see this location lasting into 2023.

This was the most disgusting meal I have had in years. Ordered a steak burrito and chips with guacamole. The only thing that was worth two stars would be the guacamole. The “steak” was beef jerky… dry and incredibly salty small pieces of beef. All of the chips were stale and soggy. Disgusting and more expensive than chipotle.

Do not use Qdoba's catering service from this location. I ordered for an office full of people two weeks in advance for a special lunch. I called to confirm everything a few days before. Then, on the day of, they called me 25 minutes after they were supposed to have arrived to say the order just left their store. It did not show up until TWO HOURS later. This store is literally 20 minutes max away. People from the office had to leave for other meetings, etc. We probably ended up feeding only 3/4 of the original number of folks, if that. The food tasted okay, but it wasn't super fresh. During the two hours that we were waiting for the food, I tried calling the store repeatedly and no one would answer the phone. I called their corporate catering line and even they couldn't reach the store. They put in a "code red" for me and said the district manager would call me ... never happened. Then the delivery driver told me the same thing - the district manager would call - never happened. I called them two more times after the date of this fiasco and was promised a call back but never happened. AND they charged me full price after they told me they wouldn't. Learned my lesson this day. Never again with Qdoba.
I used to love going here when I was a kid. It was one of my favorite restaurants. The last time I went must have been more than two years ago, and it was a positive experience. But after having just gotten food from here, I am sad to say that this restaurant has turned into some incomprehensibly abominable joke of a restaurant. For starters, they gave me a California Pizza Kitchen bag. They appear to be so short funded that they can't even get their own bags, or even plain bags. But they are instead handing out used bags, all while advertising another restaurant!! Unbelievable!! My taco had some type of mystery meat which was supposed to be "ground beef." It was actually closer to soup than it was beef. This place either needs to go out of business to spare people from destroying their health and saving their money, or they need to fire every staff member, manager included, and start fresh. Don't waste your money. Eat at Pizza Sauce. It's on other side of the shopping center and sucks almost as much. But I'd take crappy pizza over liquid tacos.

(Timonium location) Never doing that again. Ordered a pulled pork burrito via grubhub for the first time, and received a pile of slop. Half of the stuff that I wanted on this "burrito" wasn't even there. No peppers, no lettuce, no queso, no corn salsa... OK, but they couldn't even make it into a manageable burrito shaped food item? If I wanted to use a fork I would have ordered a burrito bowl. I've been trying to like my local Qdoba for a long time now but after years of dissatisfaction, and bone shards, and chunks of undisolved seasoning salt, and peices of plastic... I've come to the realization that this isn't the same place it used to be. They just don't care, and I need to stop trying to like them.
