Events & Banquets Hall

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve even been too and it’s truly sad how much they are charging and the lies in the ad to get you here. First, checkin went great booked a doubled bed but here’s where it all turned bad. We got to open the room door everything looked fine until the kids sat on the bed and a gang of roaches came flying from underneath the bed. We received a king bed room w/ jacuzzi for an upgrade. This place is disgusting, I don't care if it's a "Days Inn by Wyndham" I'll never stay at another Wyndham again period. I just had surgery and was in no place to request a refund or change hotels so I was pretty much stuck here. The first thing I noticed entering the place was a bunch of stuff ripped up in the corner of the room. Gross. Then I noticed a giant hole in the wall in the bathroom, also gross. Where do I begin…when we drove up it looked boarded up and abandoned. When we walked into the lobby we were met by peeling furniture and plexy glass, with a sign letting all know there is no breakfast served. Thats when we should have left…but we were there for a graduation so we tried to stick it out. Then we were told by person at the desk that our rooms had been given to another party. My room had bugs in the bed as well as cigarette burn marks on the sheets and bedding....read full review
