This was one of the worst hotels I’ve even been too and it’s truly sad how much they are charging and the lies in the ad to get you here. First, checkin went great booked a doubled bed but here’s where it all turned bad. We got to open the room door everything looked fine until the kids sat on the bed and a gang of roaches came flying from underneath the bed. We received a king bed room w/ jacuzzi for an upgrade. SMH no hot water, they advertised about the pool and breakfast which neither is available at all.

This place is disgusting, I don't care if it's a "Days Inn by Wyndham" I'll never stay at another Wyndham again period. I just had surgery and was in no place to request a refund or change hotels so I was pretty much stuck here. The first thing I noticed entering the place was a bunch of stuff ripped up in the corner of the room. Gross. Then I noticed a giant hole in the wall in the bathroom, also gross. Then I noticed the toilet could barely flush and the worst was when I pulled back the bed sheets and found blood on the bed sheet. REALLY GROSS. Never again will I stay at a Wyndham. The front desk staff was nice, that was the only good thing. Wyndham should pay you $100 a night to stay here.

Where do I begin…when we drove up it looked boarded up and abandoned. When we walked into the lobby we were met by peeling furniture and plexy glass, with a sign letting all know there is no breakfast served. Thats when we should have left…but we were there for a graduation so we tried to stick it out. Then we were told by person at the desk that our rooms had been given to another party. My room had bugs in the bed as well as cigarette burn marks on the sheets and bedding. The carpet was sticky with broken down furniture. The bathroom was filthy with dirt on the floor and tub. The toilet didn’t work, simply disgusting. As we drove around the property there were exposed wires on the exterior and caution tape around one of the rooms just down from ours. The pool was unrecognizable. The pictures that are shown to represent this place are very, very deceiving. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The office was dingy but decided to look at the room. Door to the room was wide open because they were trying to get rid of the smell of weed, cigarettes and alcohol. Absolutely filthy. None of the pictures are accurate. We went right back to the office and demanded a refund. Shame on Wyndham for partnering with this property.

Bathroom had hair in the toilet and tub soon arrival. The room stunk of straight week and I had my young nephew with me. Key card did not work so I had to go back to the office and the lady was rude and pissed that I bothered her again

Not only was the customer service absolutely terrible upon bringing it to their attention that there is black mold in the room but that wasn’t even the ONLY issue. After stating I was there for 3 hours before checking out due to needing to find another hotel etc she basically laughed in my face stating I was lying

This motel shows that you get what you pay for. I was advised that this is a long term stay motel. No matter what this motel is known for, the level services, cleanliness and professionalism is unacceptable.

Rooms less than desirable. No breakfast. No ice machines. Rooms need some love. Bed linens were clean and nice. Comfortable mattress. Room and bathroom needed cleaning in the corners. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Wow, this place is a dump. On the positive side, after checking in we asked for a refund and the girl at the desk gave it to us without a hassle. That was appreciated as I would have just slept in the car instead. The place is very dirty and falling apart... just outright nasty. This is probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever checked into. When you walk in, the receptionist is behind plexiglass which speaks to the neighborhood. I should have read the recent reviews before booking here. The one star reviews are not an exaggeration.

Absolutely horrible experience. Dirty rooms, prostitution, roaches, bad internet, no breakfast, police always at the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. If I could give this hotel in lower rating, I would. I was moved to three different rooms that night. All rooms smelled horrible, two of them had bugs, none of them had a remote control or a phone, one room all the furniture was poured into the middle of the room, the other room had actual prostitutes phone numbers written on the walls in the third room was just as dirty, but did not have heat at that point. I was so pissed off I wanted to leave but there were no other hotels in the area they had available check in and I didn’t wanna pay more money. Screw this place

Worst , Hotel ever!! Dirty, smells , parties All Night, The place is literally falling apart. Dirty Room, Broken outlets, nasty !!. Loud Noise and Screaming all night. The 1 staff member there was nice enough but that property should be condemned

NEVER EVER AGAIN. Most horrible hotel experience I have ever had in my life and I have had many as I have traveled this entire country back-and-forth several times, and used many hotels and motels along the way but this takes the cake. do not stay here. do not. evil lives there.

Filthy room that looked like it was still in use. Urine on bathroom floor, t-paper in bowl. Boot prints in shower! Smoke detector torn loose & hanging by wires, super strong chemical smell burned Our eyes! Bug spray or crack? A chair to disgusting to sit in. Stains on walls. Worst I've ever seen.
