I come here kind of often and I really wish they would hire cashiers who know how to handle high volume/ know how to speak to customers. It’s been more than one time where the cashier was snappy or raised their voice while trying to convey something. I went to put my phone number in on the pin pad for my rewards and the cashier raised her voice saying “uh uh what are you doing while reaching in front of me to put her hand over the payment pad” I’ve never had anyone do...read full review

Very disappointed. I ordered the Texas brisket and a chocolate cold brew online. Online said 15 minutes. So I arrived about 20 minutes. The order wasn't ready. I waited another 15 minutes. Got home and couldn't find the brisket. The sandwich went in the trash. What a waste of money. I give two stars because the staff was friendly.

I have always had a good experience here. Great bagel sandwiches. Friendly staff. Fast service!!! I wish corporate would bring back dine in seating. I would be there daily rather than only a few times monthly.
