Walked into chaos. All staff were wandering aimlessly and nobody seemed like they knew what they were doing. They were all talking to each other and complaining about things. Everyone was making food and we were never spoken to or even acknowledged to make an order. Seemed like a manager came out to do something about a screwed up order at the register and she never said anything. There were maybe 10 people in line and a few of us just walked out. You need to better train your staff so people don’t get annoyed and walk out. Very disappointing that we made a trip there for breakfast and weren’t able to order anything because of poorly trained staff and no communication with customers.Ended up at Panera Bread where it’s clean, friendly, they talk to you and want to take your order. Maybe staff should go there or Chick-fil-A for training?Update - just went to Uber Bagels in cockeysville…. Food was amazing and so were staff…Go there for bagels!!!!

Genuinely don’t go here. One person working (not necessarily her fault but we saw another person there that wasn’t helping). Took over 30 minutes to get 1 bagel. Asked for 2 eggs, she clarified and charged me for 2 and only ended up getting 1. Microwaved the whole sandwich and sausage for way too long so whole bagel was rubbery. Just bad vibes all around

This place is the definition of corporate greed. The fact they have online orders being sent with one worker is insane and unfair. This location is not only understaffed but disgusting. The crevices near the bagel are dirty. The woman working is burnt out, it’s not her fault. It feels like a fever dream coming to this location.

And typically the 1 person who is working almost appears to deliberately take his/her time. With this staffing and service, can’t see this place making it.

Homeless ppl allowed to sit inside and beg customers for money. Raw bagel on my bacon egg and cheese. No F's givin by staff making food. Wasted 8 bucks today and I'm still hungry cause I threw the sandwich away. Terrible.

"Number two most liked sandwich" according to DoorDash. I decided to go in person, and there was a huge picture hanging showing "The Texas Brisket Sandwich." False advertisement once I opened up my bagel. There was hardly any brisket on the sandwich. It honestly tasted like an egg sandwich. The toaster was broken so it wasn't as good as I would have wanted it to be. Below is the comparison between what is advertised and what I received.
