We received some very kind gift card donations in the wake of a medical emergency. Not long thereafter, they locked the account, offering apologies and little more than, "it happens occasionally." They said it would take a minimum of 24 to 48 hours or longer to restore the account.GrubHub, this is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

I've used this company twice for the same restaurant, KFC. Each time they brought my order it was incomplete. Also, what they claim to waive in delivery fee of $3.99 they make up on minimum 18% tip, small order fee and service fee. I'll never use Grubhub again. I'll just go hungry until the stay at home is lifted.

Ordered from Chipotle today via Grub Hub, apparently it came from the 2430 Market St NE location. My order came to $25.00, (burrito bowl and chips/guac, taxes, fees, delivery, tip) but because I work in a non-metro friendly/warehouse area, I paid the amt. The delivery was great and fast, then there is the food. My food sat on an equivalent of 2 guacamole cups of water. I immediately reached out to Grub Hub sent pictures and I was told 'Oh I'm so sorry, here is a refund of 10.40'. Mind you, I spent $25.00 and told you the whole bag was so wet it broke, which meant my chips got wet too.. No more Grub Hub or Chipotle for me.

We enjoy going out. Yesterday we came to this delicious restaurant which we didn’t know before. We spent a delightful time there with excellent food and an experienced stuff and a great chef. We added this venue in our list and we shall surely visit again very soon. We highly recommend.

This company is bad all around. Used it for the first time after they sent me a promotional email of $10 off first order. The discount was supposed to applied automatically at the checkout, it didnt. Customer service is terrible, they dont know what they are doing. They charge a delivery fee plus ask you to add tip for the driver (automatically set to 20%), you ens up paying $15 more than your actual order when ordering through them while many neighborhood restaurants offer free delivery. The driver that delivered my order spoke very little English and was very rude. Will never used this service again.
