This was our first time here & now we’re KPot experts, thanks to our hostess Allison. She was very attentive to our every need, took the time to demonstrate how to grill the meat without burning it quickly EVEN THOUGH she had about 4 other tables to attend to with one being a huge birthday party, she never became impatient or frustrated with our many questions & she smiled the whole time. Great food and great service. My server David was awesome. Loved the system of putting in order via tablet. Only knock is lack of variety on side dishes and certain seasonings on some of the meat dishes.

The Towson KPOT location is really good. Although crowded, the service was quick and efficient. Only disappointment was the garlic chicken which was minced rather than substantial chunks or slices. BUT, the taste was great!
