Went here on Saturday with 5 people.Walked in, got seated immediately by front of house.30 seconds after sitting a manager came up to us extremely rudely demanding to know why we were sitting at the table.They forced us to get up, while saying we shouldn't have sat there like it was out fault.Then laughed at us when they said it was going to be 45 minutes.Went down the block to other hot pot place for a much better experience.

The Towson KPOT location is really good. Although crowded, the service was quick and efficient. Only disappointment was the garlic chicken which was minced rather than substantial chunks or slices. BUT, the taste was great!

I wouldn’t complain if the situation was handled better because, I get things happen.We have never been here before, & were extremely excited for the experience. The food was presented nicely and the process was fairly self explanatory. Our waiter failed to mention the buffet was included until I asked if they had any types of oil or sauces for the bbq because it was bland.Then as we’re finishing up our meal I notice a dead bug in my food. The waiter took my bowl, dumped out the bug immediately and handed me the check on the tablet. I asked if he was going to inform the manager and he said yes, but didn’t.As we were leaving, I did inform the manager and his only response was, “I’m sorry, they didn’t offer you new soup” After spending almost $100 for lunch, you would think the situation would have been handled a little better.We won’t be back , there are other hot pot options in the area.

This was our first time here & now we’re KPot experts, thanks to our hostess Allison. She was very attentive to our every need, took the time to demonstrate how to grill the meat without burning it quickly EVEN THOUGH she had about 4 other tables to attend to with one being a huge birthday party, she never became impatient or frustrated with our many questions & she smiled the whole time. With Allison on their team, they can never go wrong! We will definitely return soon. Especially for the beef short ribs. Yummy!!!

We came in a group of around 9 people and were seated separately because some of us wanted to do the hotpot option while others wanted to do kbbq. The manager claimed that all of us had to pay for the extra $5 since we apparently “entered the door together.” When confronted, she reacted very heatedly, and claimed “if you come to America, you have to follow the rules here” (we were a group of Asian immigrants). At the end, they charged a mandatory 18% tip.

When you first walk in it gives off a cool vibe and good atmosphere.When we got seated we have never been to a restaurant like this before and we told our waiter that. We asked him to explain how this restaurant works and what the progress is but he was very quick at explaining it and left before we were able to finish all our questions.We were gonna ask him more questions when he brought us our drinks but he was so quick at dropping them off and we were barely able to get a word off.Another waiter saw our confusion and asked us if we needed anything or have any questions. He helped us understand how everything worked.Throughout the dining the experience the waiter was very quick at stopping by the table and hardly checked up on us.It was $84 for two people and the food was very plain. Nothing special.At the end of the night the food caused stomach aches. All of our food that we ate was NOT rare and it was cooked fully.

Kent was great, it’s just the restaurant manager was awful. He sat us 5 in a table that had only one grill for 5 adults when asked for a bigger table with two girls was told it was for 8. So we sat down at the small table but shortly noticed another family of 5 that were sitting in a target table with two grills. The server was awesome , thank you Kent.

Great food and great service. My server David was awesome. Loved the system of putting in order via tablet. Only knock is lack of variety on side dishes and certain seasonings on some of the meat dishes.

The restaurant was very busy and loud. Our waiter barely checked on us, while the table across from us, their waiter was always checking on them. The people delivering your foods don't speak, so no point in thanking them. The only good thing about the restaurant is the food. We did both hotpot and kbbq. The beef bulgogi was the best! Most of the beef was nice and tender. Some of the pork was equally as good. Dumplings could have been seasoned more on the inside. But we're still yummy. The unlimited amount of meats, veggies, rice cakes, seafood, etc, you can get us amazing for 2 hours and worth the price! The fried chicken on the bar is so good, and the fruit is a nice dessert. I would recommend it, and even though the service sucked, I'd go back.

Me and my boyfriend came here for a nice dinner and we loved it! It was his first time doing hot pot and my first time at this location. Our server was Trent and he did a great job navigating us through the process and taking care of us. We will be asking for him next time.
