The service here is completely terrible, workers need to stop playing around and ignoring customers/delivery drivers. I work fast food and we don’t get to act like that.

I could give 0 to customer services if I could !I just witnessed something very disturbing today Tuesday, April 16th , 11:30 at this location to African-American ladies working there just bullied girl in front of me, the girl came in Nobody went to help her. As She stood up waiting patiently, one of the African-American girls came up and didn’t even let her finish her sentence, she screamed at her saying “Your order will be ready.” The girl didn’t even react. She stood there waiting while her and her manager chitchatting behind the line. personally I’m not sure why they bullied her as soon as they looked at her, they started bullying her in front of me. I wouldn’t believe it if it didn’t happen in front of me, this is very disturbing to watch two African-American females bully somebody else of another ethnicity. This should not happen. This is very sad.?

Two African American ladies working on Tuesday morning behind the line are very rude and disrespectful and dirty. I walk in around 11:25 I didn’t get my order until 11:46, they stayed chitchatting while the store is empty also drive thru very slow. They treat anybody who is not African American very poorly. I will never be back and I will personally reach to corporate to report them. This is not the first time.
They literally always forget one item in every order, usually cinnamon twists. I feel like an idiot for going back thinking “maybe this time it won’t happen.” And then it happens

This place needs good manger who can really turn this place around. Taco Bell have good menu and food, however this location not sure why employees or manager not care to provide service. If one’s n while food not gone be okay understandable cause it’s food but when more then 3 times meaning someone don’t care to prepare food correctly. It’s really sad when they make mistakes on very simple food. Take me lot to give any business one star ⭐️. Cause owners have to work hard to build business. I’m hopping manager or owner take big step to turn this location around.Vegetarian options: Most everything can be make vegetarian.
How are y’all going to forget the seasoned beef in my crunchy tacos not once, not twice, but three times now. No one putting it together thought “huh…potatoes, lettuce, and black beans seems abnormal.” Just read the order

Service took too long for one chicken empanada. There was no one else in the store.
No one on staff could go to the store and purchase sugar for tea, no sweet tea. Then the nachos were soggy by the time I got home not 10 minutes away. Then whoever packed the nacho put it in the bag upside down so the filling falls out when I lift it out of the bag. Shame on you Taco Bell. No quiero taco bell, mas :-(
