Sooo, I went into this site just to grab a bite to eat in the brief hour that I had available. All seats at the bar were packed (Ravens game), so I asked this young brother at the front desk if someone could wait on me at a small open table right near the bar. He takes my order: a Coke and 8 wings to get started, then a whiskey burger as my entree.The wings were GREAT…until I poured the thinnest “blue cheese” dressing I’d ever seen in my life all over the plate (obviously, it turned out to be RANCH ?; I was too tired to realize that he never asked me which one I wanted). I ate 4 of the wings and decided to save room for the burger. So I’m waiting…and waiting…15 mins go by. I’m still starving and getting annoyed, but I’m all set to eat the former Jack Daniels burger! So the young brother finally comes back to my table and says: “Uhmmm…how did you want that burger cooked?” ???♂️I was DONE. ?I told him to just bring me the check because it took wayyyy too long for me to sit there to only have 4 wings and 1/3 of a Coke for my dinner. HORRIBLE experience, do Not recommend.

The server was excellent. The cooking staff was not the best. We paid for additional food, didn't receive the actual serving amount. Management was less than attentive. Waiting for a correction, the food got cold. TGI Fridays, your customers expect better. Received only 3 shrimp in a shrimp/chicken dish, when requested additional shrimp with original order. Not sure if this was an off day but we had to complain about numerous things which should just been part of the restaurant service.

We arrived right at noon. Every booth in our section had empty ketchup bottles from the night before. They served plastic forks and knives in plastic wrap instead of silverware. Salad dressing and salsa for chips were served in plastic to-go containers with plastic lids on them. Our kids pastas were served with marinara when we asked for butter only, then it took another 30 minutes before the correct food came out. The only reason that it's 2 stars instead of 1 is because the beer was cold.

I went here some years back and the food was horrible... idk if they hired a new cook but me and my daughter definitely enjoyed our food... the wait wasn't long either... we had a great waiter... the strawberry lemonade was delicious. The ribs and the appetizers were delicious to. The bathroom was even clean... we definitely will be going back...
Completely horrible service. Spent 25 minutes before somebody walked to our table after being sat and then another 20 minutes till we even got our drinks and it was not busy. Then when it came to getting my change after paying cash for the meal took another 25 minutes to just receive my change! Horrible service and do not recommend

Sorry to say but my rating is a -0. 10/11/22, ordered the "Bucket of Bones" (always bless my food but apparently it did no good) and I must say it "looked" good. However, when I pcked up the 1st piece of chicken it had an order, did not eat. Let's just get straight to the point, I got "FOOD POISONING" from your resturant. The next day, i was so sick, vomiting, no energy, felt like s%^. Luckily I had a scheduled dr. appointment that day an got some meds but on the way home, here it comes, vomiting while driving is no fun and you can't pull over. Just saying, I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANY FRIDAY'S EVER EVER AGAIN. I had to give it a rating to post this but my rating is 0.

The food was very delicious. Any discrepancies the waiter got them quickly handled. The service was decent and I enjoyed the environment. It wasnt overcrowded and no wait time.

So I placed a to go order this evening for my family. I am not going to complain about the fact that the wait was longer than we were told; we got home and I order the whisky glazed sampler and the ribs were charred, burnt to where I could not tell the meat from the bone. I called the restaurant and shared my experience with the employee who answered the phone and was told to come back in, I shared I was unable to return tonight and I asked for a manager, I was told they were busy.. Really, Yeah it is a hard no for me from now on.. And they wonder why the business is low..
