Great vibe, awesome bouncers, cool owners…what else do you need?I’ll admit…I don’t like bars, and I don’t drink often. But coming to the Res makes me feel like I’m visiting a friend’s house.The atmosphere is divey and laid back, but it livens up just when it needs to. Bailey (co-owner) is T.H.E. B.E.S.T. Really cool establishment; make your way up or down "the strip" to/from T.S.U. and beyond (Age 21+ in MD for booze ...SO sorry, men & women. Yes, you may enlist at 18 (not recommended...blood guilt, PTSD, UNCONSCIONABLE after-care for veterans !), but may not drink ??!? In all events, just a walk away back to campus. This place is no longer the ghetto bar of towson. Since the new owners this place is not bad to grab a few drinks with friends. By no means is this a great bar but it's miles ahead of where it was.
