This place is no longer the ghetto bar of towson. Since the new owners this place is not bad to grab a few drinks with friends. By no means is this a great bar but it's miles ahead of where it was.

But coming to the Res makes me feel like I’m visiting a friend’s house.The atmosphere is divey and laid back, but it livens up just when it needs to. In the rare instances where I want to go out for a drink, I don’t really go anywhere else

Bailey (co-owner) is T.H.E. B.E.S.T. Really cool establishment; make your way up or down "the strip" to/from T.S.U. and beyond (Age 21+ in MD for booze ...SO sorry, men & women. Yes, you may enlist at 18 (not recommended...blood guilt, PTSD, UNCONSCIONABLE after-care for veterans !), but may not drink ??!? In all events, just a walk away back to campus. Regrettable ANY bros or sisters would feel excluded...NO EXCUSE! Talk to Aaron or Bailey!! Insurrection ignorance?? NO EXCUSE! Educate Aaron, talk to Bailey! ?! I say, "Free drinks to those present those nights of stupidity ~ and a li'l grace by the ones who school 'em!" This is YOUR SAFE HAVEN. If you need a lift back, Bailey (6'2") or Aaron will be sure to provide it!!

Wouldn't allow my friend to come in because he didn't have belt loops ?Update: Truly is the WORST bar in Towson ? instead of taking criticism and trying to recoup their image, they actually made it worse. The owners are sooooo salty about the reviews and sweatpants, but allow dogs in the bar. Wonder what the health department will say about this
