Ran into this market to grab a dessert for a family gathering. Let me just say - this place has it all - chocolate, pie, cakes, pastries, ice cream, cheesecake, a deli, etc. I left with a key lime pie, chocolate chip cookies, a pumpkin roll, chocolate covered pretzels, cinnamon rolls and an ice cream cone. Everything was delicious. My family, who are notoriously hard to please, loved the pie and pumpkin roll - I saved the other items for myself . I can't wait to go back!!
Wow...wow...where to begin... There J&R bakery located inside of the Amish Market is Upper Marlboro is simply outstanding! The wide array of cakes, cookies, pies, and pastries is awe inspiring. This is one of the gems of the Amish Market as it is tucked neatly away in the back right hand corner...you have to know that it's there to find it. Don't be intimidated by the long line of shoppers browsing the baked goods -- though the space is small the lines move quickly. I've tried...read full review

Great place, always.Always clean fast and friendly. Try to make it there for my turkey bacon and there bakery is contagious ( always outstanding) a doctor no no ( ha ha ). ******* Great always
