They REUSE the boba from last night so be careful... the boba was hard and the manager gave me a hard time and wouldn't exchange it or give me a refund. Do not go here, I used to love this place but after this incident I am NOT going back there again.

Horrible place! Never again! We stopped by to grab a bite with my daughter for my surprise super over priced for being served on plastic everything! The food tasted horrible and to top it off we were literally rushed to eat and basically kicked us out as they were in a rush to leave 0 accommodating.

Disgusting. Everything is prepared in a microwave, yet you'll wait 30 minutes for it. No bubble tea every time I go they're out.
I love this place. Delicious bubble tea. Yummy pho (get the spicy peanut) and spring rolls. Very friendly and helpful staff. I secretly hope you all don't see this review so I can have all the yummy food to myself.

The broth looked clear and clean but the moment I tried the broth it was way too sweet. My husband agreed. I don't think I would go there again

Great pho, perfect service.I thought the broth had a nice light flavor and all the fresh thai basil, jalapeños, and bean sprouts you could ask for.We went to green acres and were hungry this place checked all the boxes. We enjoyed the pho, the bubble tea, and the fro yo.

They have good drinks, but the food service is horrible! I ordered some fries and the person behind me did too, they then continued to give the fries to the person behind me after I waited 30 minutes
