Came in here the other day, saw nothing but actual disappointment. I feel like every coldstone location in Maryland has to be terrible. I went to the Ellicott Location a couple weeks ago and it was NOT good. It seems that this location is not any better. I went with my daughter and son because we were in the area. The workers clearly do not want to be there, management clearly not there. No help whatsoever with the line. Coldstone is terrible.
I swear this had to be the worst experience I’ve ever received at this location. My day was extraordinary until I walked into this ice cream place. I wasn’t in there a 10 seconds before the young lady said, “Do you know what you want? Because I could be doing other things.” I couldn’t believe it because I came in with a smile as I do when I walk into any room. Hire more employees. You have people waiting in line for an hour to order, because there are only two employees and one is delegated to online orders only. Several people waited in line only to leave after being frustrated with the long wait.
