So I was in the mood for some fish and I remembered that Horace and Dickies had a spot over in Waldorf so I decided to stop in. Did you know that it's a bar in here??? You know I had to get the scoop for us! It's open to 12 every night. They got 8 tvs, 7 booths, 4 table tops with stools and of course the bar. 1st time trying this establishment this past weekend. No frills or ambiance more of a carry out environment. I ordered the 4 piece whiting dinner with 2 sides (greens and potato salad). The fish and potato salad were amazing but the greens were spoiled with a slime texture and smelled really bad. Pic included makes it hard to see the slime but it's there.
