I visited this location yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the spinach pineapple smoothie, but when I tasted it at home, I realized it contained protein powder as I was giving power meal smoothie. As someone with celiac disease, I cannot consume protein powder due to concerns about gluten contamination. When returned to the store to explain the mistake, I encountered mixed responses from the staff.One of the employees who took my order was very apologetic and understanding of my dietary restrictions. However, the employee who made the smoothie was unprofessional, argumentative, and dismissive of my concerns. She kept rolling her eyes then abruptly cut me off and left the counter to go in the back room to call the manager on the phone without fully addressing the issue with me first. When she returned, she was very animated then proceeded to informme that the manager refused to refund me or make a new smoothie, which I found very odd and strange.This lack of empathy and disregard for my health was very concerning. Fortunately, another employee (a young man who was very polite, apologetic about the situation and with the upmost professionalism) stepped in and offered to make me a new smoothie. Despite the initial resistance from the unprofessional staff member, it was eventually resolved, but not without unnecessary stress and frustration.To the manager and/or owner, my experience should shed a light on the importance of proper training and professionalism among staff members. It is unacceptable for a customer's dietary restrictions to be disregarded, especially when it could potentially endanger their health. Smoothie King should prioritize the well-being of its customers over minor inconveniences, such as remaking a smoothie or issuing a refund. The safety and satisfaction of customers should always be a top priority.

This is not the first or second or third time that I’ve came to this location and my order has been completely wrong !! They are always so super slow and every time I come back there’s always new staff maybe it is just time to LET THIS PLACE GO which is very unfortunate because this place used to do soo well which is why I keep returning to maybe keep the hope alive but every single time I’m let down . I’m usually not even the type of person to leave a review but it’s becoming ridiculous, I’m not sure if you guys are under new or different management but please get it together !!!!!!

They recently switched management and the customer service and product availability has definitely improved. I had to take 1 star off because on 2 separate occasions I caught the gentleman lick his fingers while making the smoothie bowls.

I had stopped going to Smoothie King in Waldorf on crain hwy for sometime because they never had anything to make what you needed. But I went recently to my surprise they are under new management and every time I go now it has been above and beyond service and they have been well stocked!! The manager is awesome!! So all of you that left because of the poor management go back and give them a try!! K Myers
This place has really gone down since they first opened. 1. They can't even open on time. 2. Ordered pb swizzle bowls twice now and they substitute real strawberries with some hard crunchy stuff which is horrible and stains your teeth. 3. Quality of products seems to have gone down. 4. Don't bother ordering online because 9 out if 10 it won't be ready.

Since new ownership has taken over this store it has improved leaps and bounds.They are struggling to find help(as all business owners are). Bit it seems like they have a handle on the store...looking forward to next time

I went in this morning and paid for a strawberry hulk smoothie and got water! There was only one person working so I had to wait 45 minutes for my online order. Never going here again. Total waste of my money!

The smoothie's are always good here. There are a lot of choices and you can also get fruit bowls. They are much better than Tropical Smoothie. TS are either watered down or very foamy.
