“Best chitlins ever,seasoned so good,you don’t need to add anything and they are very clean,very friendly workers ,always fully staff and other customers speak highly of the service and food.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled persons parking but every time I go there someone is always over the line taking up two spaces and it’s only one disability parking spot.“
“This is my favorite location in Waldorf area. Whenever I'm craving fish I'm definitely coming here. To me they have the best fried fish thats not dry and well seasoned. We called our orders in and they were ready upon arrival. I ordered the catfish nuggets and friend shrimp combo that comes with fries a slice of bread and a side of cole slaw. As you can see you get great portions and I always have leftovers for the next day! Which is great because I'm greedy lol!“
“In the area for work, randomly found STC. We need more work in the area so we can visit again. Shrimp Po Boy is delicious! Highly recommend the crab bomb fries! Doubt you could go wrong with anything. Owners are so nice and welcoming as well! 10/10“
“Phenomenal food. Perfect fried catfish, not at all overcooked or dry. Breading is light, crispy, and flavorful. Doesn't need sauce like some fried fish, but is good with a dab of tartar. Only issue is minor inconsistency. Sometimes I get sides I didn't order. They're all delicious though.“
“Not an eat-in but service was friendly. They offer various hot meals...ribs, chicken, veggies, Chinese, etc. Their mac/cheese was tasty for carry out. Mixed veggies had a good flavor and just the right amount of crunch. My favorite is their fresh turkey club no toast.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables to choose from.“
“Ok, Wifey and I started out on our Thursday date night with Annapolis intentions, then she hit me about the Lion Lunch Hour segment featuring this restaurant in which I immediately complied. So, we fired up the ride and La Plata it was. Not unfamiliar territory for us and to be quite frank all dining adventures in that proximity have been delightful. Let's dive in....location, ambiance and food were totally on point. Since I'm smoking a brisket and pork butt this weekend, Wifey opted for the Cajun Salmon & Shrimp with yellow rice, and I, Oxtails with cabbage and collards. Everything was fresh, not salty and the veggies were REAL, not canned or frozen. I also got an order of jerk wings to go, and they were totally authentic, what we had on the beaches of Sandals in Ocha Rios and West Coast!!!! We also had drinks and they were delightful as well. The only things stopping this from 5 stars is the order layout, you order at the counter, then sit and wait for the food, unlike a traditional restaurant. They also seemed a little understaffed in regard to the overall flow with no interaction at the dine in tables unless you go back to the order counter. Will definitely be back to witness the evolution!!!!“
“My work had the Truck come so everyone could order their own lunches. First off, the “truck guys” were amazing, they were friendly and informative on top of getting my food out quickly. Second, some coworkers felt the fried fish was a little heavy on the breading for their taste, but I loved the coleslaw and the Shrab mixture is very good.“
“Today was my 1st time ordering from this place and the food was excellent! I ordered two catfish dinners, smothered pork chop dinner, kids chicken tenders with fries, sides of potato salad, collard greens candied yams and cornbread. Every single item was perfect! The corn bread and candied yam was not overly sweetened like how other places are. The entrees were all cooked and made to perfection. I took a gamble on placing a large order and I don't regret it! The inside of the restaurant was clean and I was greeted right away. The staff was outstanding and lastly my large order was correct with nothing missing at all.
