Great food! The Santa Barbra char burger was fantastic! Great customer service! My child’s food came out much later than everyone else’s food. When we checked up on it, they immediately brought us the food with extra treats and a free burger card. We will definitely be back in the future!
Missing and incorrect order and poor customer service!
I will NEVER order from them again! Not only did my order get delivered missing an item when I finally got a chance to eat, my sandwich was made incorrectly! When I tried to get someone by phone I was unable. I was able to reach someone to take an order but she couldn't do anything except transfer me to a nationwide customer care voicemail so that someone could help me eventually!
