I've visited this location twice. Both times the restaurant was understaffed. The wait time for food was over 20 minutes. The staff struggled with filling online orders and in-store orders.
MY HUSBAND AND I CAME TO Wendy's this morning and ordered a double breakfast, which we paid for! Unfortunately we only received one ! This is very disappointing! You must do better!

I guess I caught them on a good day yesterday at around 11:45am because the service wasn't as bad as usual (tried to beat the lunch rush). We went in the drive thru and the worker on the intercom was very polite and patient.The other worker at the first window made us wait there for about a couple of minutes (after paying) before we went to the second window to get the food which was kind of weird, but the food was done wayyy quicker than usual and it was hot and delicious.I tried...read full review
