Can someone please explain to me what is going on at this Wendy’s? Every single time I come to this Wendy’s the line is crazy long and the wait is even longer than that. What makes it worse is once you finally get your food is 9/10 cold!!!! It never fails. So if we aren’t sitting in line for all that time waiting for hot food then what are we waiting for??? Management needs to step in. This is the only Wendy’s we’ve got in Waldorf. They need to do better. A lot better!

Absolutely horrific drive-thru ! The young people working there are friendly, however the wait time and process is the worst I have ever experienced. Found a hair in my burger and fries were not filled up. Didn't notice until I left. Called 4 times and no answer. Will be going to the restaurant to get a refund. Typically, don't eat at Wendy's and won't ever again.
