“Rainy cold Saturday and extremely busy! Cool fall drink options. Staff were all quick and kind. I have to say Brompton (working the register) really stole the show. I was coming off a 24 hour shift and looking to just pop in and out with my cranky self but he was so full of sunshine I couldn’t help but engage in his conversation. Such a kind young man with an amazing light about him, just very impressed by the young man. The whole place continues to get 5 stars!”

“The BEST Italian food in Southern Maryland! The pasta is hand-made and tender. The flavors are sublime. The service is excellent. The atmosphere transported us back to an outdoor cafe in southern Europe. We can't wait to go again. This is our favorite special occasion and romantic meal place.”

“Stopped in for a quick Saturday lunch, they really treat you like family when dining there, the atmosphere is so festive, friendly staff, great menu, tough decisions on what to order, everything is so delicious & plentiful. We split one of our favorites, the Reuben, it did not disappoint. Truly the one of the top 2 restaurants in Charles County that we frequent. Especially love the shrimp appetizer, it’s the best. A must visit even if passing thru on Crain Hwy on travels.”

Upon placing my order over the phone at Benny’s, Sammie was very nice and pleasant. Here I am leaving a post based on my experience. “I recently dined here and i really enjoyed the food. Delicious and generous serving. The only issue that I found was that the wait staff sends some training, especially the girl at the front door on Saturday, March 5th. Front Door staff should know how to greet customers. I found her very off- putting. It is a shame because her attitude is a negative for your business. Someone needs to take a few minutes to train her. 4 Stars”

“This was our first time getting food from T & J's and it was awesome! I can't believe we live just 5 minutes away and we had never heard of it. It was so delicious, better than any other BBQ we ever had. We're definitely returning!”

“Wow! Dahlgren’s Little Secret!I tried their Pad Thai dish today and it was delicious. Although I took the food to-go and endured the smell. Safe to say “It was worth the wait”After a long day of work and working out, I ventured into a parking lot that could fit just enough cars for a car driveway. Living up to it’s name it has been around Dahlgren for years and I thought it was closed down!Turns out their hours are 11am to 8pm most days. Close Saturdays and Sundays.The mom answered the phone and spoke great English while making sure she explained what popular items they served. As well as their add on; extra meat or spicy falvors. They also told me the estimated time and help me plan accordingly. Persuading me towards Pad Thai, I asked to have my noodles with shrimp, stake and chicken also known as Combination Pad Thai. 17 Dollars and no tip later the food was ready.Walked into restaurant expecting a series of workers! To my surprise, the dynamic duo of mother and daughter had the building smelling good and the kitchen warm. I thanked them and like I normally do with sincere business owners, told them I will leave a review good or bad.So bottom line, I ordered from a hidden gem of a restaurant that Dahlgren needs to invest in more. Whether its calling ahead of just for a quick grab, I recommend stopping by and trying their menu.”

“We’ve always loved this place. Especially when it first opened. The owners provided amazing customer service & truly gave the feel of a small, family run business. Their mission behind the business is beautiful as well. I will say that the ice cream is great, without a doubt. But I must also say in our more recent visits, the staff has changed & are a lot less welcoming & friendly. There’s one clerk in specific that if we see she’s working the counter, we’ll turn around & leave because I’ve worked customer service for 15+ years & can’t bring myself to tolerate rude behavior or attitudes “just because” it’s your personality. Maybe don’t work customer service? Definitely stop in to try the amazing flavors & waffle cones but don’t take it personal if the service isn’t what you would expect.”

“Michelle took my inspiration picture for my cake and made it even better than I would imagine! It truly was the most beautiful cake! It was also delicious! We had 3 flavors, marble, almond and lemon/blueberry… all three were amazing and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how good it was!”

“hands down the best BBQ in Southern MD with no competition even close... the food was fresh, the sides were fresh, and well seasoned full of non stop flavor!!!!! my food did not make it out the parking lot before it was gone! Ribs were juicy and tender full of smokey flavor no sauce necessary. Sweet potatoes were sweet not over done taste like home. By far the best collared greens I've ever had... if you haven't yet, you need to go try this place out don't wait any longer”

“This is a classic biker bar. If you are uncomfortable with that maybe you should avoid it. You are going to see a varied crowd from business owners in polos to one percenters in here. It's a good crowd and they have a pretty good menu if your hungry. They get in good bands on the weekends and the prices are very fair.”
