“There aren't too many establishments that deliver to Woodstock, MD, but I am grateful for Tony's. Excellent pizza and reasonably priced. My food was delivered in a timely manner, hot and ready to eat. I will absolutely be ordering from them for a long time to come!”
“Had an outstanding experience at this location today. Received exceptional service from Brittany who went out of her way to assist and expedite an order after an error on my end with a mobile order. She was polite, accommodating and friendly. The entire team was engaged and professional.”
“Food is quite good and more then a year after first coming here they have kept the quality very good. That is rare for Desi restaurants in general. There fish fry is always top notch. Both veg and non veg options are good. Good variety and they kept the buffet stocked till 3pm again very good. Almost suffering from there popularity on Sundays morning with longer wait and running out of utensils and small bowels for dessert. Parking little tight. Again good problem to have. Wish them continued success!”
“Fantastic experience from the food to the service to the atmosphere…we loved everything! Our server, Jack, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable…he made great suggestions which we listened to and loved. My BLT was very unique and super flavorful as was the honey habanero margarita. Wonderful find…we’ll definitely be back!”
“This review is for 18th & 21st, which is by reservation only. It gives off an upscale "Love Jones" type vibe if you understand the reference. Perfect date night spot with how it's set up and the live music. The staff were fantastic and their food and drink recommendations were on point. Definitely a spot to check out.”
“I was working in the area and Tandoor Spice was 1.5 miles from my last stop. I discovered it by other good reviews so tried ordering on my phone so I could pick it up. When it came to submit there was a little spinning circle and it continued until I arrived in the parking lot. I went inside and the nice gentleman apologized, checked the system and when he couldn’t see the order hung up in the system, he took my order right away. I ordered Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan. For the inconvenience he threw in a complimentary dessert. Got to the hotel and had a very good meal. More than I could eat in one sitting. Medium spice was perfect for me.”
“TRY THE FAMILY STYLE. My husband and I have eaten here plenty of times but this time we had our kids with us. We tried the family style menu and we're extremely impressed by the portion sizes and how everything was served. We were given the option of two appetizers which were huge and plenty to split amongst four people. In addition, we had two large salads, one of which we didn't even touch because one salad was enough for the family of four. Our waitress suggested several menu options which the kids and I loved. My husband was able to get his favorite rigatoni D. We all still had so much food at the end of our meal that we packed most of it up for leftovers. The best part of the family meal was the desserts. Small portions of each of the desserts on their menu were served, allowing the kids in my husband and I to try a piece of each one. We left extremely happy and full.”
“We were looking for a place to stop to eat on the way home from DC. So happy we found Bon Fresco! We got the London Broil sandwich and the Fresh Mozz and Tomato sandwich. Both were fantastic! We ate them so fast we forgot to take pictures! The bread was perfect. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. If we weren't full we could have eaten multiple of each. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast and pleasant. There are plenty of tables to sit down and eat and the ambiance was that of a deli. We loved it! If we are ever back in Columbia, MD we will definitely hit up Bon Fresco again!!”
“Love cake there ?(fresh cream cake, strawberries cloud cake, mango cake, blueberry yogurt cake, strawberries lychee cake). I always got big cake to just eat with my family ?. Cream puff is the best too!!! My husband always get chocolate ”
“Been coming to this guy for almost 2 years now. Where ever he goes, I follow. Food is always good. Never had a bad meal. I high recommend this food truck. Its crazy how he does it all by himself. Hopes he opens a restaurant one ”
“I stopped here to try their gluten-free cakes. If you're GF you know how hard it is to fine edible GF cakes. I tried 2 on the bundtettes.Lemon-blueberry lavender- the cake is light and crumbly without being powdery (yay) texture wise this cake was wonderful. But, if you are the type where lavender can turn "soapy" this isn't for you. I am one of these people unfortunately so I won't get this one again.Red Velvet - oh my goodness this was divine. It did not taste like a gluten-free product. It tasted exactly like a normal flour cake. It was rich, moist and probably rates as one of the best red velvet cakes I've ever had. Even the icing was the perfect ratio. I wish I got more to take home lol”
“Sweetheart of a hidden gem, right in our backyard. The doughnuts are better than KC and their corn dogs beat the Hub. We will be back here. Great place for couples, families and friends.”
“This restaurant is highly recommend!!!! I’ve loved it so much!!!!!! ??????At the end of the dinner, they give you bubble gum. But I’m not sure of they give you them at the end of ”
“Everything was delicious. Hot and served up right. Temperature, Presentation…… Excellent. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was the best I ever had and the egg rice was amazing! I loved the service and bartending from Nikki. She was awesome. The scenery is great. Plus this restaurant is pet-friendly.”
“I came here to support Major Def and it was my first time coming to a Kokee Tea. They had many great options to choose from! I got the coconut milk tea. Also, the croffles looked delicious. I'll have to come by again to try them!”
“It's a bit of a shame that they had such a high demand during opening day but weren't able to execute. It appears that the quality of dumplings may have gone downhill. Not many other dishes shine as well as the dumplings so some work needs to be done.”
“For these guys, it's not enough to have the best tacos in Maryland, they also want to be the nicest bunch. Thank you for your great food and service. We will keep coming back!”
“Next Columbia hidden gem?!?! Stopped in to grab a cup of coffee when I was captivated by an irresistible aroma of fresh made food… I looked up to view the menu and noticed a simple yet intriguing selection of items. I ordered the chicken Florentine crepe and to my surprise, it was very light, extremely delicious and fulfilling. I had the opportunity to speak with one of the owners, Kytu, where we engaged in a great, friendly conversation. She definitely made me feel welcome along with the cozy atmosphere and heartwarming food. I noticed that they offer other selections and items, like ice cream & dessert-like crepes - should you have a sweet tooth craving! I’ll definitely be returning in the near future to sample other items on the menu. Yum!”
“They always put on great productions. They are incredibly creative in utilizing the space this venue has being an "in the round" type of theater set up. The venue is small enough that everyone feels up close and personal as the show is being presented. It almost makes you feel like you are part of the show.Vegetarian options: It's buffet style before the show, but there were plenty of fruits and vegetables and Rice. The salad bar was nicely stocked. Although there is definitely fish and/or meat on the buffet, vegetarians should be completely satisfied with the salad bar selections and the vegetable side dishes offered.Parking: The parking lot surrounds the venue and is large enough to accommodate a sold out show plus a charter bus or two.Kid-friendliness: The venue, in general, is family-friendly and kid friendly. But I would definitely be selective about bringing children depending on the show being presented.Wheelchair accessibility: For any one with mobility concerns, I would be sure to call and reserve floor seating when you buy your tickets to make sure that the appropriate tables are reserved ahead of time.”
“Wonderful restaurant! The owner is so kind and the sushi is amazing! They do salmon belly in the Baltimore Roll, which I've never had before but I will crave it every time I come home to Maryland! Great rolls and great other stuff too!!!”
“Everything here is a banger. Must go. Excellent brewery. Don't get scared off by the quirky location. It's I an office park. Signage isn't great, but it's there!”
“Staff was so friendly and helpful, was busy but boy did i realize why when i took that first bite. Lamb was so tender and beautifully cooked and couldn’t believe how juicy the chicken kabob was. Pricey but worth every penny - will be a regular!”
“The Experience here is always first class. This is my favorite place to enjoy all of my celebrations. The General Mgr. Mustafa is always so professional, and puts forth the best level of personal customer service. The staff is perfect In my eyes. Thank you for taking care of me and my loved ones. Love you all. Keep being Amazing.Jewel”
“Food was great! Service was exceptional! Didn't expect the steak strips to be that tasty, tender and juicy. Pleasantly surprised. And the seafood in the risotto was perfectly seasoned. All around a very lovely dinner.”
“The humble exterior belies the classy interior. The scallops are I. N. C. R. E. D. I. B. L. E. But everything we ordered was great.Kid-friendliness: There is a kid menu and for well-behaved kids this place is a great option.”
“This place was amazing. When I saw the one dish salad and sliced steak with fries, only options. I was a bit skeptical. However, this place rocks. Steak made perfect to order, and the home made gravy and fresh bread delicious. The Lavender 75 drink was a great refreshing beverage. Definitely will be our new date night spot.”
“Met with a customer/friend and had a great lunch. There was plenty of people there but the server was exceptional. Very attentive and on her game. This is the 2nd time there and both times the meals where great. I will be going back.”
“Lovely little spot! Both people working were so kind and all the food we got was amazing. We started with hush puppies that came with a delicious smoked tomato aioli, my husband tried their breakfast bowl that was a giant portion and so fresh, and I had the chicken avocado sandwich and fries which also was wonderful and fresh. We will definitely be back many times in the future and look forward to warm weather to eat on their patio space!”
“Dok Khao Thai Eatery is a culinary odyssey into the heart of Thailand, where every dish is a postcard from paradise, and the service is as warm as the Thai sun. With its trendy vibe and an ornately adorned dining room, Dok Khao sets the stage for an experience that's as visually stunning as it is gastronomically gratifying. Our adventure began with the Crab Rangoon, Crispy Salmon Rolls, and Chicken Satay. Chicken Satay, the ever-charming ambassador of Thai appetizers, is elevated to new heights at Dok Khao. The slow-grilled marinated chicken, served with peanut sauce and cucumber sauce, is so tender and flavorful, it could easily start a diplomatic mission of deliciousness. Crab Rangoon, a delightful twist on the classic, where wonton meets crab meets cream cheese, creating a well-balanced trio of flavor, all served with a sweet & sour sauce that's more like a love potion than a condiment. The Crispy Salmon Rolls, perfectly fried, marrying marinated salmon with rice, seaweed, sesame seed, and flying fish roe, all wrapped up like a gift waiting to be unwrapped. It's a fusion that's as daring as it is delicious. The Lychee Duck Curry is a love affair between roasted duck and spicy coconut red curry, with lychee, cherry tomato, bell pepper, basil, and pineapple adding sweetness and depth to this rich, aromatic embrace. The Spicy Eggplant, with its sautéed eggplant, finger pepper, bell pepper, and basil in a spicy tangy black bean sauce, is a fiery flirtation with the tastier side of danger. Meanwhile, the Volcano Seafood is an eruption of flavors, with shrimps, scallops, mussels, squid, and jumbo lump crabmeat creating a seismic shift in your seafood expectations.I would be remiss if there wasn't a mention of the truly fantastic noodle dishes with a southern Thai twist -- their signature Dok Khao Pad Thai and Bamee Gang. The Pad Thai Pad Thai, a riff on the classic, where thin rice noodles dance with peanut, roasted pork, egg, bok choy, and bean sprouts in a homemade spicy sweet soy sauce that's nothing short of legendary. The Bamee Gang takes your taste buds on a journey where egg noodles and marinated grilled chicken mingle with bok choy, ginger, and crushed peanut in a spicy curry sauce that's as complex as Bangkok's bustling streets.Desserts at Dok Khao are the perfect encore to an already spectacular meal. The Thai Tea Creme Brulee is a silky seduction of Thai Tea custard with a hint of vanilla bean and a touch of Grand Marnier, while the Golden Banana and Mango Sticky Rice are sweet serenades to the soul, ending the meal on a high note of tropical bliss.Overall, Dok Khao is a vibrant celebration of Thai cuisine, served with a side of flair and a dash of whimsy. So, if you're in Columbia and your spirit yearns for an adventure, let Dok Khao be your guide. It's a journey where every dish is a destination, and every sip of their fantastic cocktails is a toast to the tantalizingly tasty cuisine of Southeast Asia.”
“This is a good subway compared to some of the other ones that I have been to and the people that work here are very nice people. Some of the other subways that I have been to have been quite stingy about what toppings you can get on your sandwiches (and more importantly, how much!) but these people aim to satisfy and will put as much as you request. The 4 stars are because often times, their drink machine isn't working (the one for the sweet tea for example), and sometimes I feel like they just didn't feel like fixing it when they could have. But I will definitely recommend this place and will probably go again many more times.”
