After almost 20 visits.I can give it Thumbs Up all the way.Staffs and managers are super nice.Atmosphere is very well kept and maintained.After horrible experience from Columbia BWW , I could not be any happier.Loaded Nachos with chicken.Wings Traditional + Boneless.Cauliflower wings + DRAFTS.Only thing recently BWW changed id the order from table which in my opinion should not be mandatory.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. This location is poorly managed and inefficiently operated. Constantly understaffed with people who overwhelmed and unfriendly. Take out orders never available on time even when ordered hours - days in advance. Not reliable at all. Really wish there was any place else that had wings in Westminster who could take my business. Do not recommend going here at all, always a disappointment.

We sure do love this place but tonight I found out that you MUST use a QR code to pay. Ok totally fine except it doesn’t work. I asked the server and she explained that if we don’t use it, servers get written up….. is this real life? No wonder they can’t keep staff here. This place is a joke. High schoolers come here and say they paid and leave…. And the servers have to pay it out. I cannot get over this. Get it together corporate Westminster!!!! Give these servers a break! Also, if you are going to require something of customers, how about make sure it works. Ok end rant. I just feel terrible for these servers!

Absolutely awful service. Bartender didn't acknowledge my presence for 10 minutes. With only 3 other people at the bar. Ordered wings with my brother. Took 1 hour for them to come out. Manager said he would take them off of my bill. Was never provided napkins or silverware. When the check came out 45 minutes later. The wings weren't taken off the bill. I was there for slightly over 2 hours to drink 2 beers and receive one order of wings. Bartender only spoke to me 3 times. I left a 20$ bill and walked out. Will never return.If you notice every 1 star review on Google doesn't have a response from management. They clearly don't care.

My server seemed like somebody was twisting her arm to work didn't seem enthusiastic ..my coffee came out with no milk or sweetener a good 10 minutes before she came back \ my chicken came out cold an not appealing for 13 bucks for 6 nuggets 10 bucks for 9 onion rings was ridiculous . Last time for this chain ..was my exact thoughts when leaving.

To the gentleman in the kitchen with the red bandana and the waitress with the long blonde hair and glasses who worked the night of 12/19. I wanted to thank you both for how sweet you were to me. I wasnt having the greatest day, just got done working almost 12 hours and i was falling asleep on the waiting bench. The gentleman in the kitchen came out with my food, and he gave me a $25 gift card for waiting so long. Truthfully, since i was pretty much falling asleep there, i didnt mind it. It wasnt very long at all. I also do apologize for the amount of wings that i made you guys do. I didnt see that it said “buy one get one 50% off” so 25 wings bumped to 50 and now we have dinner for 2 nights and a lunch lmaoo but i wanted to thank you both so much for making my night and never stop being the good humans that you are! ❤️

We ordered through DoorDash and part of our order was missing. Mike Onley, the general manager, remedied the situation like a pro while keeping a phenomenal attitude even though I approached him with an irritated attitude. Gave neutral stars for atmosphere, since we're eating at home.

The staff is horrible and unfriendly. The food has turned to trash. Ordered 2 chicken wraps and a salad to go, they said it would be 15 minutes, showed up 20 minutes later. Ended up waiting 45 minutes for the food. The wraps had very little chicken with a lot of lettuce. Tried to eat the wraps, but they were terrible, threw them in the trash, and made dinner from something at the house. Will not be eating there anymore, don't waste your time or money. 5 THUMBS DOWN
