Order from here all the time but won't be anymore. Second time they've taped my drink closed to where I couldn't even drink it and then proceeded to write "very secure drink...go chiefs" Immaturity and not good customer service.
I have made my last rip to Dairy Queen. You would think a business with a name like that would know what a hot fudge sundae would look like. I recently bought a hot fudge sundae and blizzard. I took a minute but I got over the $10.00 price tag for these two medium sized items. When I got mine it was a cup of soft ice cream with some fudge sauce around the side. I don’t understand how this store gets so busy, after the long line my friends and I bought overpriced icecream that was not worth the price. The chocolate is terrible and the vanilla tasted like cardboard and powder I can’t understand how u mess up vanilla and charge it to be so expensive I took two bites and threw it out never going back there.
