Staff is friendly and ice cream is absolutely delicious! The soft serve is really good. The hand scoop ice cream is so tasty and a little on the softer side. Sorry there are no photos. Too good to wait.
Twin Kiss in my opinion has the BEST subs in Carroll County! I believe I can make a good judgement because I have bought subs from many restaurants and not one has come close to comparing to a Twin Kiss sub!!! My son loves the chicken cheese steak! Twin Kiss has had my business for 53 years!! My 1st sub was a footlong hotdog! Oh Baby, please bring the footlong hotdog sub back!!! I’ll buy the 1st one!!!! P.S.
