Food was very good, expensive. Was very displeased with the waitress Rachel we had the evening we dined here. She was very slow, took our crab dip appetizer before we were finished, I asked her for an extra fork and she never brought it. Rafaels is a gem of Westminster. Their food is wonderful and despite being a somewhat fancy place it's also one of my favorite places in town to get a good burger. Seriously don't sleep on the burgers here. They're excellent. The staff is so nice every time I go in. I can't say enough about the service and professionalism of the people here.
