Classic westminster ice cream, the Cow has been open for as long as I can remember.I highly recommend the delicious Caramel Apple sundae. Uses apple pie filling and warm caramel for a delicious treat!!Parking is easy to navigate and there is some outside seating also
We were visiting the area for an alpaca show and had to stop. Their custard is fantastic. Very flavorful, well formed, creamy and smooth. They had a nice variety of flavors of custard. We got gelatis- with Italian ice mixed in layers. The ice was so-so. We tried three different flavors. All were ok. Flavor was minimal. Could have been stronger with the fruits and flavors. The biggest issue was the consistency of the ice. This was more frozen crystals than the smoother texture...read full review
