“I used uber eats so can't speak to service but flavor was a GO! I got the spicy pork banh mi which came loaded with pork and a nice balance of fresh toppings to offset the spice and YES! There was spice!! The bread was a bit hard on the outside (think french bread presentation without french bread flavor or chew) and i requested extra mayo which must've been missed in the notes. Still satisfying.“
“I've been to this place two times now, and it is definitely a spot that I would recommend. So, why 4 stars... because I don't eat pork or beef, and this limits what I can try. I o wish they had more veggie options. However, everything I tried from this place has been really good. I was surprised at how good their Kimchi Pancakes (KP) are - usually, KP at restaurants are forgettable, and these were anything but.The Tofu Bao Buns are great. The shrimp burger is REALLY good. The fish tacos were ok, I wish there was more kimchi on them. They also make their own kimchi! It's a really nice and quaint spot that I'm going to make sure I tell other about.Vegetarian options: I wish they had more vegetarian options. I believe there are probably 3-5 vegetarian dishes. However, they may accommodate removing meat & eggs from their Bi Bim Bap.“
“I have only had amazing times at Chadol. The drinks? Amazing. The meats? Top quality. The ambiance also is beautiful. I rate this as my favorite restaurant. Best Korean bbq in Maryland. ? Make sure you end your night with the barley tea. I even called with a weird question about where to get barley tea and Leo was very helpful.. I still don’t know where to get it. Thank you ??“
“Didn’t particularly feel up to eating in, so I ordered the spicy miso togo. Was sent texts giving me updates on the order. At pickup, I was surprised to see a quaint downstairs restaurant that made the most of a smaller space. Clean, seating for waiting on takeout if needed. My order was ready to go packaged nicely and the soup separated to keep the noodles from getting soggy. Upon eating I was pleased with the order. Great taste and quality. The 6 spicy level wasn’t all that bad. A nice bite but I may go higher next time. All in all I really enjoyed it and will be back!!“
“This is such a lovely and cozy coffee shop. The only problem is that it is really poorly ventilated, and the kitchen smells and bacon oils/smoke really hang in the air (and on your clothes). I wish there was a bit more air flow or purification.“
“Best Philly cheesesteak sub!!! Seasoned very well. I wish they had toasted the bread so it wouldn’t be soggy but it tasted great. Also got the burger supreme, and that was very good as well. French fries were good. Their soy garlic wings are also good. I just wish that it came with blue cheese instead of having to pay a dollar. I’m already paying $16 for 10 wings!! But AnyWho, the food was good. 10/10“
“Update: My husband wanted to give this place a second chance for his birthday and our experience this time was much better. Their brunch menu has had some changes since our last visit and now feels much more like brunch offerings than lunch/dinner. We made sure to go right when they opened this time - the milk bread french toast quest was a success and it did not disappoint!First visit: Went for brunch on Sunday. I called as soon as they opened and person on the phone recommended for walk ins to come after 11:30. We were able to get a table without issue, which was fortunate. I think we were seated around 12:05 or 12:15. By the time the server took our order it was 12:30. I came specifically for the milk bread french toast and they were out. Brunch goes until 1:30, so I'm not sure if french toast is only available on Saturday or only available during the first hour of brunch service. It is the only sweet or pastry type option they have. All but two of their brunch offerings feel much heavier and more lunch/dinner entrees than brunch. So much so that it took us a few minutes upon being seated to realize what we were given was in fact the brunch menu and not the dinner menu.I opted for the porridge. The rice and meat were delicious but the potatoes and carrots were undercooked and still quite raw in the center. I'm not sure if that's the intention of the dish, but I was expecting comforting softened vegetables with the gentle porridge. My husband loved the spicy chicken sandwich and the loaded tater tots. I really wanted to try the french toast but I don't feel inclined to return not knowing if it's possible to get the dish.“
“The food was great. When i came they just ran out of noodles unfortunately. The line was kind of long but it went by quickly. The food was delicious and so are all of the options. The ambiance was nice . I like that they had a place to sit and eat. I would recreating here again. I wish they had ramen here.“
“I came here because my first choice was not available. To my surprise I had the meal of my life. All the dishes are meticulously prepared with nutrition, taste and presentation in mind. The owner of this restaurant should be elevated to a James Beard award. Definitely will come back every week!Vegetarian options: The sweet potato glass noodles are to die for!“
“One of my favorite restaurants when I visit DC. I tried another Chiko location, and they are not created equal. Chiko on P Street is the one you want to visit. Food is delicious, service is fast and friendly. Enjoyed the cumin lamb, both pork dumplings, bulgogi tots, brussel sprouts and soy glazed brisket. Took it all to go, and had the best superbowl meal ever!“
“This place is AWESOME!!! The atmosphere is crazy with neon lights and black walls. You can do all you can eat KBBQ or ramen; I got the KBBQ. To be honest, I am not a big fan of cooking the food myself, and it didn’t help that they didn’t provide any oil, so food stuck to the hot plate. I recommend the brisket, any chicken, and the shrimp. I did not prefer the ground beef of the Hawaiian Bulgogi, but the flavor was definitely there. Fried rice, glass noodles, and egg rolls are available to take at any time. The food is good but not very special. I would like to come back to try the ramen, but I give MeatUp 4 Stars for now!“
“Let me start with Ms. Lee, she is a very nice lady and hostess, very personable and welcoming. The wings are yet another example of the versatility of the humble bird that has found a place in kitchens around the world.I'm glad I made the trip! The only downside is that I wish that more Korean sides were on the menu.“
“I wanted to start this rating first with recognizing our wonderful waitress Hannah. Hannah was so patient and so knowledgeable. She flowed through the restaurant like water on Valentine's Day. She gets a 10/10. Period! The food was good but not great. I would have like to have seen more fulfillment in the bar area for the foods that are offered. We got there when everyone had already stormed the crab legs. I'm guessing they only come out once every 2 hours because of the 2 hour limit. That sucks. My partner got none.I didn't get to take any pictures because the way people stormed the food. Was not good for showcasing. I will be back at a better time to do so for sure.I had been watching their instagram for months waiting for this experience. My partner and I don't really celebrate valentine's day. It was just the only day we had off together. I had my heart set on this experience, so was disappointed to show up at opening and they threw the "All Day Valentine's Day Dinner" price on everyone. That was so unfair to everyone who showed up. Not everyone is celebrating that, so it put a bit of a damper on the meal. I don't know, maybe we should've showed up individually. I don't think businesses should up the prices like that. It's not good business and it takes away from the servers tips. There should also be regular updates to prices increases the same way you advertise on the websites and your Instagram. Days ahead of time. With that being said, I still gave a good rating in hopes that when I show up on a regular day during lunchtime, it won't be what it was on such a busy day.“
“Delicious all you can eat Chinese BBQ for $27/person! With familiar cuts like brisket, pork belly, and bulgogi, and less common BBQ options like lamb or sichuan steak, this place made for an exciting meal, all of which I recommend ?? they even had great sides like sweet potato, corn cheese, and different tofus to grill and they were all excellent as well! The seating had a seasoning bar to the side that is shared with another booth, and the nosh seasoning went amazing with all of the different cuts of meats. This restaurant had a public karaoke station but even with no one singing, The music playing in the restaurant and the TVs made it a bit difficult to hear. This was my first time at a Chinese BBQ, and the format was familiar from having been to KBBQ, but I really appreciated the additional food like the tofu and lamb and seasonings a lot more since they were new and exciting.Parking is free for first two hours with validation from any of the restaurants, and to end the meal, they serve s’mores as part of dessert and have a bubble tea store next door. Can’t wait to come back again!“
“Fish king is literally a hidden gem in NE. It’s quality brunch food for way less of price you would pay in the city. I go here most Saturday I don’t feel like cooking breakfast. Quick and easy service, call ahead makes your order so much faster.“
“Absolutely the best Korean fried chicken live had… and this is from someone who currently lives in SoCal with tooons of Korean fried chicken places that just can’t compare. As others have said, it’s the flavor, texture, and juiciness, all perfect.“
“Went here on a whim with my dad for dinner and had the best experience! We tried a variety of options and they had a ton of fresh veggie options. Their bartenders are excellent and made a elderflower margarita that honestly should be on their regular menu because it was elite. The manager stopped and talked to us for 20 mins and gave us suggestion for what to get next time. I will definitely be back with my friends. 10/10 experience!“
“I am sure Korean food is the best when tasted in Korea. That's why I'm not a big fan of Korean restaurants abroad. However this one, Rice Bar in DC satisfied me for real. 다만 제 느낌에 1회용 숫가락이 좀더 크면 좋겠고 젓가락에 일본어 적힌 점이 아쉽.. 그래도 또 들리고 싶네요.“

“Very delicious and home cooked jjajangmyeon that was very clean and not greasy tasting with great prices. Lots of fresh sides and lots of ingredients in the jjajangmyeon. Loved the cozy and authentic feeling of restaurant and very comfortable dining experience. The owners are hardworking and kind and the service was very good even though the restaurant seemed to be understaffed when I went. Very authentic. Thanks for the good meal on a rainy day.“
“The owner is so kind. Above all, the store is neat and clean...All of the food was very tasty.I think there’s a reason why Korean restaurants are doing well!Pork cutlet It’s been a while since I felt the Korean gambit.I've been to a lot of Korean restaurants that serve messy bibimbap.I was healed by each and every dish that was prepared and prepared with sincerity.“
“The owner is always friendly. Her food is very good and good quality. The smoothies are yummy. The homemade home fries are delicious The Spinach Melt Panini is a must try. She has several breads to choose from. If you’re in the Barlow Building stop in grab some breakfast, lunch or a smoothie.“
“Discovered this gem on my first day of work in the area and was thrilled to discover they had Korean selections in addition to the traditional deli menu. The owner was extremely welcoming and patient. My colleague had never had Korean food before and he graciously went through the menu explaining what everything was. The cafe was neat, clean, and the food was hot and fresh! My colleague and I both got the Bibimbap. I got beef and she got spicy pork. Both were absolutely delicious. The house made hot sauce was ON POINT. Excited to come back and try more items here!!“
“For a Saturday night, I couldn’t recommend a better experience. It may be a bit pricy, but the food comes incredibly quick, and they provide shot glasses for the table with any order of Soju. While we were sitting and talking amongst ourselves, every once in a while, a gentleman named Lyon came to talk with us, and was a friendly, energetic soul. We talked at length about local Asian faire and even about local sources. From start to finish, it was an excellent, casual experience.“
“My first Korrito!!!! I had a beef Korrito from Seoulspice and was pretty satisfied. I wish it was as thick as the image on the website and I wish maybe it could be made with a less thick piece of seaweed, but I did love all the flavors. If you were to get a Korrito, I’d say just add all the toppings you want. I won’t make any recommendations because I think it can be good any way. I also had the Kale Apple Juice, which was very interesting but the weird combo was not for me. This review might sound a little pessimistic, but Seoulspice was really good. I’ll definitely be eating here again and maybe trying one of the bowls. The rating will only go up from here, but for now I give Seoulspice 4 stars!“
“Chipotle, what have you done?Chipotle + insert name of country = latest customize your bowl restaurant All kidding aside, the Chipotle concept is brilliant. Adding Korean cuisine = SeoulSpice.I ordered the Klassic bowl with purple rice. It included bulgogi beef, hot sauce, scallions, sesame oil, cucumbers, bean sprouts and carrots. It was fantastic -- warm, fresh, crunchy vegs, a little spicy, sweet and salty. Generous portion too. My friend enjoyed a Seoultrain which was similar to the Klassic but added sriracha, corn, kale, kimchi and cilantro. We love the concept -- you can customize with salad or noodles instead, or add or delete ingredients. My friend added a sweet soy soft boiled egg. Bright open space with plentiful seating. Prepared fresh in front of you, simple, delicious.“
“I got a meeting time wrong and ended up in this area an hour early. It was freezing out and I found this cafe on google and came in to warm up, I didn't get a sandwich although they look amazing but it was such a nice little place to sit and kill time. I got a coffee and large smart water for $6, you don't see that too often“
“You can get your food fast. (Update) for some reason I kept the water bottle that I got thereVegetarian options: Of course there are vegetarian options. why wouldn't there be.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors to the place are low to the ground.“
“The food was incredible and staff was super amazing today very grateful to have been able to experience a friendly atmosphere. Also very sanitary, can’t wait to come support this place again and definitely recommend the spicy pork and kimchi!“

“i was able to order so much delicious and filling food for a really good price. the customer service was beautiful and the atmosphere is gorgeous although empty because there werent many people. i will 100% be coming back and ordering again !!! the food is phenomenal and i had enough for leftovers !! im left feeling full and sleepy, its that type of food :)“
“Authentic Korean cuisine! The restaurant provides a great atmosphere for any type of mean like quick stop for lunch, get-together with your friends and family, or weekend eat-out. We ordered pajeon, sundubu-jjigae, and everyone’s favorite bulgogi.I will definitely come to this one to try other foods on the menu I didn’t get to try this time. Great place. Five star!“
“Super fresh~!! Bibimbap becomes Subway. I was surprised that the red pepper paste sauce and kimchi were better than expected. The portion is large and it tastes much better when eaten than in the photo.Vegetarian options: All you have to do is select vegetables from the option selection.Kid-friendliness: The space is spacious and equipped with chairs for children.“
“Iron Age is my go-to spot for Korean barbecue in Rockville MD! The quality of the meats is top-notch, and the variety of banchan is impressive. Whether you're a barbecue pro or trying it for the first time, Iron Age offers a delicious and enjoyable dining experience.“
“I prefer the one in Columbia because the oil used to fry the hotdogs tastes fresher.Vegetarian options: A cheese only dog.Parking: The restaurant is located in the Mall's food court, so there is plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not an issue and there are ramps and elevators locked inside the food court.“
“It's nice and clean, but the pineapple slush soju comes out 40-50 minutes after ordering, and there seems to be a problem with the machine that uses the chadol or planer. About 1/3 of it came out like crumbs. Still, the people serving us changed the grill and were kind enough to refill the side dishes. Personally, I don't like the variety of steaks, but the beef brisket and thinly sliced pork are the best. I was looking forward to the Honey Butter Calamari, but it tasted like eating butter.“
“Hwagae Jangteo is indeed an age-old restaurant, with both the proprietor and the establishment itself showing signs of the passage of time. While the aged appearance might be considered a drawback, it holds its own as a worthwhile dining spot in Rockville.“
“We wandered in here on a Wednesday just after noon. The pastry location looked open but no one was at the counter and bullfrog bagels looked closed. We were excited to find an El Salvadoran place inside. We're big pupusa fans and try them everywhere we go! We ordered 4 Revueltas (meat, black beans, and cheese). They were excellent! Made to order so they were very fresh, there was not more breading than filling (which is a common complaint I've found). The sauce complimented the pupusas well and we enjoyed every bite! 5 STAR PUPUSAS- just think it's important to note there weren't many options to shop from.“
“Food was good. The breading after taste and the sugar on the food threw me off. I definitely asked for food to not be sprinkled with sugar. Why would i get a spicy dig with sugar? Spicy dog isnt spicy at all by the way. And they had no vegan dogs as advertised smh.“
