“hands down the best BBQ in Southern MD with no competition even close... the food was fresh, the sides were fresh, and well seasoned full of non stop flavor!!!!! my food did not make it out the parking lot before it was gone! Ribs were juicy and tender full of smokey flavor no sauce necessary. Sweet potatoes were sweet not over done taste like home. By far the best collared greens I've ever had... if you haven't yet, you need to go try this place out don't wait any longer“

“This is my first time going to Mission BBQ in Waldorf MD. But I have had mission BBQ before. Before I give a review about the food . I must commend the workers. Very respectful and professional and most of them are very young. I also want to share what stood out to me. I witness one of a younger male , assisting a an older man that . Had a difficult getting up from his seat. He help the other with hesitation. It was such a great atmosphere.Now let me rate the foodThe ribs was 7/10 very salty. But it was cooked well.The macaroni and cheese 10/10Collard greens 8/10Turkey 10/10Bake beans 2/10 they did not taste sweet or goodSweet tea & Lemonade 10/10Salmon 7/10 I didn’t like the flavor but it was seasoned well and not dry.The pulled pork sandwich .. I will be eating that for lunch tomorrow. So I will come back with another review .“

We usually venture out to the Annandale area for KBBQ but this place was good! The Bonchon, the meats and drinks were all on point! Hope this place keeps up the good work!“

“Ok, Wifey and I started out on our Thursday date night with Annapolis intentions, then she hit me about the Lion Lunch Hour segment featuring this restaurant in which I immediately complied. So, we fired up the ride and La Plata it was. Not unfamiliar territory for us and to be quite frank all dining adventures in that proximity have been delightful. Let's dive in....location, ambiance and food were totally on point. Since I'm smoking a brisket and pork butt this weekend, Wifey opted for the Cajun Salmon & Shrimp with yellow rice, and I, Oxtails with cabbage and collards. Everything was fresh, not salty and the veggies were REAL, not canned or frozen. I also got an order of jerk wings to go, and they were totally authentic, what we had on the beaches of Sandals in Ocha Rios and West Coast!!!! We also had drinks and they were delightful as well. The only things stopping this from 5 stars is the order layout, you order at the counter, then sit and wait for the food, unlike a traditional restaurant. They also seemed a little understaffed in regard to the overall flow with no interaction at the dine in tables unless you go back to the order counter. Will definitely be back to witness the evolution!!!!“

“Torria is so sweet and made my experience good here at Longhorn. I don’t come often, if at all, but she delivered an amazing server’s etiquette at my table. She wasn’t overwhelming but made sure to check in periodically. One major thing that stuck out for me was that she listened. I always ask for water with no ice everywhere I go and usually the server NEVER listens. Torria listened and I was solely happy with that ?“
