Superb experience! I long to return and support this beautiful, black-owned business. Our host was knowledgeable, humorous and a delight to listen to (and look at). Unfortunately, the Little Miner Taco food truck that was scheduled to be there during our visit cancelled. Nevertheless, we had a good time. The rum is smooth, potent and tasty, a quality product. I recently visited Copper Compass near Waldorf, MD, a Black-owned distillery. I had an outstanding experience. The venue is perfect for events, boasting a welcoming atmosphere. The bartender was cool, and the patrons were incredibly friendly. The rum and creative drinks were not only tasty but showcased the distillery's dedication to quality.
