They charge a 3.95% charge on credit card orders and don’t disclose that verbally. They have a little sign from the credit card processor on the glass that most folks didn’t see. While we was standing there waiting on our food we all kept asking why is there a price difference from the listed price… that’s when we realized we was charged extra for using credit card. The prices are already expensive and to add a high processing fee made the whole experience not worth it. The food wasn’t that good to justify paying the price I had to pay plus extra for using credit card. Not too many Chinese choices in the area so I had no other choice. I should have gone to the Halah place next door. Now I see why the place was empty during a dinner rush and next door was busy. No value!!!

I have had my 3rd time ordering from China Garden, 1734 N. Rolling Road, 21244 The 1st time my food was good. The 2nd time, my chicken wings were so hard you couldn't ever get the meat off the bone. Now, this is my 3rd and LAST time. My butterfly shrimp were fried in so much oil, they were unrecognizable and would probably make you sick. The 2 shrimp egg rolls were greasy, fried hard with 3 small shrimp between the 2 rolls. I was not able eat any of it. When I call back, the owner did not want to give me my money back. She wanted me to bring it back, but I had it delivered. Because I was sick, I couldn't go there. After we discussed it she agreed to refunding part of my money. The rice was okay, but it was suppose to have shrimp. It did have 6 small shrimp in all that rice. I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER MEAL FROM THEM EVER!! Please don't waste your money. The Customer Service and the Food is Awful. If I could give a lower score, I would.

The food is good the prices been going up BUT!!! They closed on Sunday they never used to do that there driver's depends sometimes can have and attitude but the food is good. There chicken teriyaki is different from other there's is on a stick ?. That's definitely different if you like it that way from the other way BUT!!! Everything else to try isn't bad .

This is a great takeout restaurant. The food is very tasty. I ordered shrimp fried rice, vegetable lo mein, and shrimp egg foo young. It was well prepared, not greasy, and it was seasoned well, but not salty.There isn't a sitting area and no dine in area either. I did not care for the plexiglass between the cashier and the waiting area. The location doesn't seem to be an at risk area for crime so, it was a little offensive.

Mediocre Chinese carryout, served across the counter by indifferent workers. It's acceptable, if you are hankering for American Chinese food, but IMO you would be better off learning to remove such food from your diet.

Horrible customer service! I got orange chicken and fried rice and the chicken was so tough u couldn't chew it the rice was cold and the egg roll was burnt! And I took it back she insisted it was fine and it was just my teeth refused a refund and threw my food away! Stay away from this place!
