So I never leave reviews but I like it coming to this Dunkin solely because of the guy (I think his name is Anthony) at the window. If you don’t know this one has a drive through. Every time I come he exemplifies excellent customer service, friendly demeanor and makes sure my order is correct.

Not sure what's happened to this location as of recently. For whatever reason my order never seems to be right! It doesn't matter if its food or a beverage. Cookie sweetener and caramel flavor taste totally different. It will help if you all go back to being friendly and paying attention to details. Trust me, customers notice!!! I'll go to another DD next time.

I bought 6 donuts from this place today. They had someone's hair in one of my donut. I almost threw up. I went back and they gave me 3 new donuts but they really need to work on their hygiene.

I have been coming to this location for 4 years now. Of course, prices have changed drastically, but this location has started charging 10 cents for every pump of flavor. I have started going to the Dunkin on Whitehead Ct (less than 5 mins away), they don't charge extra for flavor, and there drinks are 10-20 cents cheaper.
