If I could give a zero I would.I went in there today to order 3 subs. One was a free one from my points( which I lost those points now) the manager on duty was RUDE, UNHELPFUL and swore at me when I said I am done and leaving. I asked for my money back. There is a special for meatball subs and she gave me the tiny little.one and cahrhed me 17 and cahnge for a 7.49 sub and a 5.00 one and one was free and then proceeded to state I can't add then the young girl I only seen her name begins with an R kept making snared remarks when I said the price is not correct. These people there need to have better customer service.. I need the GM to contact me or a # I can contact him or her atAuburn maine one

I come in yesterday and ordered two sandwiches one was a steak and cheese with green peppers and mayo and then the other one was a Jamaican chicken and they didn't taste good I am trying to get them remade but I can't get any one on the phone what do I do

Just left this location order a meatball sub with cheese. This is what I got. A sandwich is supposed to come with eight meatballs. I got six.Two weeks earlier I ordered a large steak and cheese. When the young man was make Sandwich he use my bread as his spatula to squeeze the ingredients from the wax paper onto the other half. I noticed quite a bit of ingredients fell out onto the counter. Instead of using the spatula to put the gradients back in the sandwich, he just swept it off into the Trashcan. When I got home to eat my sandwich, I realized he had swept quite a bit into the trash because a third of it barely had anything in it.

Usually love coming here, there’s a couple people on the weekends that are amazing and their food comes out presentable but the night crew on Friday night was terrible there was one that was “working” hugging and kissing someone who was just standing at the counter the entire time we were there. The boys had no care in the world about the customer and continued on with their own conversations while they had customers at the counter ordering. Their food was not presentable. The pickles were like the last one in the jar and just should not have even been served to a customer. We weren’t even offered the meal a drink nor chips.

What an absolute sad excuse of a 10 steak and cheese. It was a medium and was smaller then my hand. The vegetables were barely soft and meat was Luke warm. I've had better sandwiches at a gas station. Order from pizza market In auburn or 54 court st in auburn if you actually want a good sandwich.
