Teas and shakes are delicious, but what makes L/A Nutrition so amazing is the wonderful family who runs it! Lisa, Joe, and their children are always so welcoming! They are a sweet family who have enriched the city of Auburn with their business and their friendly and knowledgeable approach at service. I highly recommend everyone visit and enjoy one of their delicious beverages! My favorite is the Fruit Rollup!

Love there lit tea's. When i go in there its like i can talk with the owner like we are family. Also on the family side is that they offer a space in there work place for otheres to help there local busness grow. The table thats there has probably 100 business cards from other.
