“I come to this location once in a while when I am on Center street. This place gets VERY busy to the point where the cars start lining up long Center street. I agree with other reviewers that the parking lot is small and very difficult to navigate when there is a line of cars in the drive thru.Staff was friendly, always moving, but you can always tell who is new and who are the veterans. Staff seem to work well together, communicate effectively and I get my coffee and food in a decent amount of time.“
“Went to just get a coffee for myself before we started our day and the customer service was great. Greeted with a "Dunkin Dunkin, what can we get for you", friendly cashier at the drive thru. I don't know who the cashier was but she was extremely nice and whoever made my frozen coffee had to have made it with a lot of love because it was a sight to behold and just really good. All in all, it was a really good start to the day for my mine and my girlfriend's 2 year anniversary. Thank you guys! Extra props to the cashier for even covering us being short 4 cents even though we could've given an extra dollar. Stellar service.“
“Over the past five years I have ordered from this location periodically. I haven't done so often, but when I have, I've been happy. My methods of ordering: walk in and delivery. My go to had been one closer to my home where I had ordered from at least 50 times over two years. I'd say 75% of the time the closest one to me got their orders wrong, I was drinking coffee grinds, or regular items were out of stock. Not 7 Riverside. They are awesome. This location actually has seasonal items like pumpkin muffins, donuts and coffee when I order them. I know that shouldn't be a shocker to get what you ask for but that's what happens when the bar has been set so low by others. Thank you 7 Riverside!!!“
“Super fast, clean, professional. Way better than the other few Dunkins I have been to lately.Other Dunkins have been extremely slow, and did not take orders from customers inside instead serving drive-through and online orders first. This one did actually rotated orders from walk-in, drive-through, online. Will make a point to return to this one.“
“The Auburn Walmart Dunkin is one of my fave Dunkins in Lewiston-Auburn. The staff is super nice and is great at helping my friend and I get change for the bus. And most importantly they always get my order right! The only thing I’d like to see is the Saturday morning crew have more help and/or to give the Saturday morning crew a raise because they work so hard and so fast to get the line down.“

Their pastries are phenomenal to say the least, and everyone’s favorite seems to be the Lobster Tail. I haven’t heard a single negative comment about it. In addition, you should definitely try their cannoli, lemon square, cookies, doughnuts, or anything else that catches your eye! However, keep in mind that the demand is high, and products sell out fast. So, do yourself a favor and order ahead if you want to ensure you can sample everything your heart desires. Also, their sandwiches are not to be missed! Italina Bakery is definitely worth the trip!“
“Last year I was looking for someone who could make a custom birthday cake for my daughter. A relative told me they got their cakes from Tara. So, I reached out to her. It was so easy to communicate with her, and the cake came out exactly as we wanted. It also tasted amazing! Everyone kept saying they normally didn’t like fondant, but they loved this cake.We just celebrated my daughter’s birthday this past weekend and again Tara nailed my daughter’s birthday cake. She will be our go to every year.“

“99% of the time, everything is right. And when it's right, great. I always get the midnight blend where they usually have to make a fresh pot. They do so every time, and I appreciate it. Drive-thru is always a toss-up, so you may have to roll the dice on whether to play bumper tag with the car in front and behind or do a walk-in.“
