The staff are very rude. I ordered on their website and not all of my food arrived when I called I told the employee that I didn’t receive all of my order and he said I needed to take it up with door dash. I didn’t order from door dash I ordered from you and you gave my food to DoorDash. I said ok can you just refund me that one item please and he asked someone else in the background and she just said no in a really snotty tone like I was out of line for asking either for the food I paid for or a refund for that one item. then he put her on the phone and she was extremely rude. She told me this was my problem. Don’t offer delivery service if you’re not going to be responsible for whether or not the food gets delivered and not put it on paying customers when you don’t give them what they pay for.

The store in Auburn Maine has an older lady working there that is so incredibly rude to the staff, slams pans down on the counter, etc.... Whenever I am in there she is yelling at staff. I don't know how they deal with her. Thankfully I have never seen her with a customer.

Usually good food and service, but today the pizza was not up to par. Doughy and tasted like it was sitting for a while. The lady was great and very nice. She even gave me a soda on the house. I spent my last $10 on the pizza. I told her "yup, last $10 til payday". She said "been there myself". Wicked nice Kady and I appreciate the soft drink on the house but the pizza wasn't good. I work two jobs so I wasn't able to go back but yeah, last $10 down the tubes

Pretty straight to the point, friendly service, pizza came out in a timely manner. Hot, fresh, tasty sausage cheese and pep baby.. And you can't leave without some ICB? takes us like two hours to get to our nearest Little Caesars, so we appreciate the awesomeness. Good job ladies.

Little Caesars pizza is my family's guilty pleasure. This is our go-to store as it is the closest one to us at approximately 50 minutes away. We order ahead, which can be a nightmare at some places but not here. Always friendly smiling faces and excellent customer service and food is always "hot and ready" and perfect even when ordering custom toppings ect.

Please pass this along! Little Caesars on center street who shares a parking lot with AT&T will have your vehicle towed if you’re in the AT&T store. They have tiny little signs on their window which are not easily seen from the parking spots that say parking for customers only even though AT&T shares the same parking lot with minimal spaces with little Caesars. Don’s towing is the towing service who charges you $335 cash only to get your vehicle back. There’s like a total of seven spots maybe eight spots between AT&T and little Caesars buyers beware!

We ordered three days in advance for my daughter's birthday party to be picked up at 230pm today. Paid in full the day we ordered. Person asked us to call an hour prior to picking up for 230pm in which I did twice but no answer. We get here to pick our order up and they have not even started the order. I totally get they got slammed. But they should not say one thing and not have it down when said time to be picked up.
