The ham Italian we had was not too expensive and well made as usual. It was a little heavy on the onions but that's ok. Wasn't very busy so we got our food pretty quickly.

I grew up eating at Sam's, and I miss it so much!My husband and I were visiting family in November, and we stopped here for dinner one night. It was close to closing, but the staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean and it was pretty quiet.I ALWAYS have to get an Italian when I come home. The bread is always delicious, and it's something about the pickles...I'm not a huge fan of dill pickles, but those I can eat without a problem! I always get extra pickles on my Italians. The hawaiian pizza and spaghetti and meatballs are my other go-to meals. It's always delicious!

Chicken salad has either changed or was made completely wrong or with bad ingredients was not able to even eat the 13$ sandwich what a shame. Plus side service was great and workers were pleasant!

If you like your steak out of a warmer then this place is for you. Not a fan of pre-heated food.

I would give it five stars as the ham Italian is my favorite but each time I get a new sandwich, it is different than the others while I get the same thing every time. Sometimes I love it, other times it's not as tasty. I wish it were more uniform on how the Italians are made.

Not what I grew up with; changed so much.First time I bought loft of bread and mold 2 days later . Ham Italian....well everyone

Bang Time

Always says closes at 9 and they close at 8:40 every night. Bunch of lazy workers, this job is for customers not yourself. Make my food

I was a little late for class because I took twenty minutes to make my Calzone but other than that delicious. I go there all the time to get all sorts of stuff definitely would recommend.

Dirty. Bathroom. A killer. Made a sandwich. Without knowing what I wanted. I asked for an. Amatoes. Real. Italian. Not. Thinking. They just went ahead and made a ham. And American cheese sandwich. The bread was. Fresh. The onions were soggy. And as I mentioned. Ham and cheese. Came as a surprise. Expecting. Genoa. And provolone. And. Greek olives. Not. Can sliced olives from. Partly my responsibility. The dirty bathroom. Unacceptable.

Prices rise and menu gets smaller. Maybe you don't need 5 locations in one town.

I got a Caesar salad from here and the romaine was not good. I called and they gave me another but then as I was eating it there was a bug in it. I feel bad for writing bad reviews but I hope this review will make them sure of preparing and serving foods better.

Normally my go to place. But when your sandwich is made wrong, and you catch it when it's being made and bring to their attention but they decide to hand pick the black olives off your tuna sandwich in front of u and then hand it back. What to do????
