This location is never open, this is also the only chipotle I have ever had bad food from. They think they are going to organize a union? LMAO they can't even organize a staff to show up and open. Honestly should probably just close they have to be hemorrhaging money paying rent but never being open.

The pollo Saadi was burnt, the veggies were over cooked and the lettuce was barely chopped up. I threw my food away. I’ve never been to a chipotle that tasted so bad. And Why don’t they accept cash?

The quality of service at this Chipotle location has diminished significantly in recent months. The portions are very inconsistent. I have paid for extras and not received them. You never know when the store is actually open.Today, I ordered for 4:00 PM and showed up, only to find the location was closed. No attempt was made to contact me.I had to fight with customer support to get an adequate resolution. I lost a free entree that was given to me by support because of a previously poor experience.I really love the food at Chipotle, but I don’t think I’ll be back to this location. Super disappointed .

Unsanitary conditions. Worker was clearly very ill and not wearing a mask. Halfway through the order the worker wiped at nose/face with a gloved hand and then continued making food without changing said gloves. Not great during the best of times, let alone now. We ended up not eating the food.

there's over 6 people working and no one's moving, lady at the cash register sitting there not doing anything being completely lazy. the rice wasn't cooked, they were out of almost everything, cash register lady was too lazy to put the food in bags and said there "wasn't any bags" when there was plenty left.

Absolutely inconsistent schedule as to when they will be open, and their phone number is disconnected so you can't call to find if they are open. Closed at random times. Pay people a living wage and maybe I could get lunch here.6/16 the sofritas gave me food poisoning

I love Chipotle. But this location is closed today. I placed an online order and when I arrived I discovered they're closed. They could've place some sort of sign up. Not cool

The long haired male cook spent the entire time singing obnoxiously louder then the music playing. Out of chicken, vegetables, kid cup lids, toilet paper, everything! Dirty, fire the manager and get the cook a muzzle!

Stood in line for 30 min while one person made food one at a time and the person on the register stood there helplessly. Slow service and small portions

3 times we’ve visited this location, 3 times there have been issues. Used the app to order, drove 30 minutes to get here, arrive to a line out the door of people who ordered online and arrived to find out that “the system” erased all the online orders and you had to stand in line to reorder. Signs up about not accepting cash for some weird reason that made no sense. Second time, ordered on the app, arrived and they were out of chips and “couldn’t refund” the price of two bags of chips and gave us a number to call. Third time, ordered on the app, arrived to find a sign on the door stating they were closing early, no reason or time listed. The doors were locked, we could see our food on the shelf, people were eating inside. Tried calling the number and it was an automated system that never gave me a human. Luckily, as I was arguing with the robot, a woman inside opened the door for my husband to run in and grab our food. Who runs this place?! I’ve never seen a worse managed chain restaurant. We’ve tried two more times to order, but almost every ingredient says it’s unavailable in the app.

Really yummy food, gluten free options and rather quick! Great for grabbing some lunch while on break. You'll be left with quite a bit to take home!!

Do not order catering from this store!! We spent $185 on a catering order for my daughter's birthday and when we showed up to pick up the food, they had no knowledge of the order. We've getting the runaround between the store and corporate for almost 4 weeks and still have not got our money back!!!
