We chose to have breakfast at this location because it is attached the hotel and spa that we spent the night in. The ambience was ok until a large party, (that was expected) was seated in our area and was very loud and made it difficult for my fiancé and I to have our own conversation. When the server asked how our meals were, my fiancé explained that his biscuits were burnt and so dry that they soaked up all the gravy that came with them, and also that the bacon was so overcooked it crumbled when he moved it on his plate. When we received our bill there was slight adjustments made however, our breakfast was still $70 in large part because I ordered an Irish coffee that was $10 on its own with only Jameson in it. I requested a shot of baileys to make it a true Irish coffee and was charge me an additional $12! Overall, not a great experience, I won’t recommend to anyone and I will not return.

Dietary restrictions: They actually only serve appetizers, they do not have a dinner menu. Overpriced.

Just had Thanksgiving meal (to go). The food was excellent. The staff were all super nice and accommodating. The assistant manager (Caitlin) was so friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

The food and music was mediocre at best, but the service is absolutely amazing! Sheena was the best server!

Things change, so be sure to check times and menu offerings. Not a fancy dinner place at the moment. Nevertheless, a fine breakfast or lunch place.

Their brick oven pizza buffet w/soup & salads is delicious! Two-three salads to choose from, a cold/pasta salad, a soup & 5 brick oven pizzas. The selection isn't huge, but it's very tasty! Soup was lukewarm yet tasty, salad was fresh & brick oven pizza was very yummy! Staff is always extremely friendly & appropriately attentive. Nice atmosphere for a lovely, quiet lunch.

Cloud 9 has always been a personal favorite when I visit Augusta. I had a lovely lunch with excellent service. Diverse menu in a pleasant setting. The dining room is OPEN!
I was only there for a retirement seminar, but the food was incredible, and the waiter we had was fantastic.Wheelchair accessibility: We went in the front entrance with the stairs. I couldn't help but notice a hugh spiderweb. I mean a double decker one that mush have held a big old spider and a million babies.

The Cloud 9 restaurant never disappoints! From their always attentive and friendly staff to their hearty home cooked breakfast. The atmosphere is warm and bright. The variety of benedicts is just to die for as their savory hollandaise is quite exquisite in comparison to anywhere else in the area.Would recommend to everyone!

My wife ordered an omelet, inside was slices of unmelted cheese. My breakfast sandwich had sausage links not patties, which made it tougher to eat. Took forever to get our meals. There was only 4 people in there when we arrived, a party of 10 came in well after us, they got their food before us. The price of the food was way too high to not be done well. Our server was friendly.

Went to Cloud 9 for Mother's Day brunch. Very underwhelming for the pricey amount you have to dish out. Do not recommend the buffet at all, wish I could have been given the option to order off the menu. Probably would have been much better.
