We had to call to find out if they were still open as they had shut off their open signs. They had been on when we went into goodwill around 730 and when we came out a little after 8 they were shut off, when we mentioned it the woman at the counter acted like she had no idea but they never got turned back on.. kinda poor service in my opinion

I've been going to this 5 Guys for awhile now and where anyplace can have a glitch, this time was ridiculous. We ordered 2 burgers, fries and a drink. The burgers were fine, but fries must have been from the night before and cold and when I asked if I could have fresh hot ones I got the stink eye from who I think was the manager. There was no lemonade product in the drink machine and again when I asked for lemonade I got the stink eye again. I haven't been treated like this for quite awhile.

We were driving by to Canada. Our daughter was not feeling well. We went inside for the washroom. I bought fries as we were vegan. They gave us a lot of ,lot of extra fries. I know they did for our daughters.Really great gesture. It ll be our stopover place next time for sure.

Prompt and friendly service. Fresh and the burger is always done right. Not sure if this is normal now, but the past three times I order small fries, this is all I get for $4.99. Prices are higher than similar food options.
