food is good when one can get an order in.... but wanted a pie tonight and started trying to call on my way home around 7:40..... gave up on hold a couple times.... attached screen grabs of ten and 12 minutes each..... by the third call at 8:15..... gave up on wanting dinner from here alltogether..... and this is not the first time i've been on hold waiting to talk to someone for well over 20 minutes at this establishment..... getting them to answer the phone is an unreliable gamble at best..... sad.... because it is good food at a good price when one can order it?addendum- tried to order by phone again, and this will be my last time- an hour and a half after the order should have shown up, i started trying to call to track it down. was transfered to an out of state call center whos computer said the order was completed, but, noting at the door. no way to get in touch with the store on western ave. basically they ran my card for over 30 dollars and delivered nothing for that charge. unacceptable.
Food was very overpriced for being pizza. They charge too much for toppings, it’s just not worth the price. For $25 you can get a single large pizza with stuffed crust and three toppings. It wasn’t terrible pizza, it’s better than Brickyard Hallows and frozen pizza, but the price is too much for a chain pizza restaurant. The interior of the restaurant wasn’t too nice but it wasn’t too off putting. The people working here were very kind. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere, Cushnoc on Waterstreet is better pizza for a better price. But I’ll give credit where credit is due, the desserts here were good.

My husband bit into his 2nd slice of pizza to find it had a piece of glass in it... It cut his gums and he spit it out. We called the store and were told to bring it back. We brought it back and they gave us another pizza, and no refund. The counter person said our other food should be fine. He told us they would send it to a lab to have it tested to see where it came from.........? We did not feel safe eating any of the food, and will not be returning.

It seems that service has gotten better here. Staff was on point the last couple times ive been there. And was greeted with respect and not ignored when at the register when wanting to make a cash payment and didn't make a mobile order which maybe our down fall with hospitality is all these apps just maybe making people lazy ?. Lil off topic. Great family environment. Service much improved and ty. Simple greeting and a smile when your first walk-in can go a distance with almost anyone. Just nasty have hope for humanity now.
Placed order online, order did not give a confirmation so we called the store to ask if they saw the order in the queue, they put us on hold 3 times. Called back and the moment we asked the question the gentleman hung up, called back and a male answered with a very fake Mexican accent ( btw our name is Lopez) and once again put us on hold. We will never order anything from this location and will be calling the corporate office.
