“My husband and I went to Bangor for the weekend and had big plans of going to different places to eat. Those got trashed after we had Applebee's the first night via Uber. We ended up going back there to eat in person the next night. Food and service were both amazing. It continued after we left. My husband left his Jays hat there in a chair. Not only did they find it but the manager Jason mailed it back to us in Canada. That's the kind of service that makes people come back. Thanks!!!“
“Service was excellent and the waitress was able to substitute out the potatoes for another pancake. Now the pancakes aren’t that stellar but if you add lots of butter and syrup, they’re not too shabby. I recommend the sausage well done.“
“From the time we walked through the door everybody was very friendly. The waitress was very sweet and kind in serving us with a smile. The food is excellent. You definitely get value for your money. And the sweet potato puffs with cinnamon sugar and marshmallows is to die for. This place is a hidden gem. “If I could give more stars I would.The food is good, there is such a large selection of drinks, and the atmosphere is so much fun!I want to leave a special note for our waitress tonight. We did not get her name unfortunately, however she went out of her way to give us excellent customer service and make us feel welcome.Both of our birthdays are this week plus Valentine’s Day, so we are in town for a special trip. So far it’s been awful, but our visit to Hero’s has been the best part and a highlight.We sat right across from the bike games and if you know who was closing in that section please show her some extra love because you have an excellent employee.Thank you, Hero’s for making our trip that much better, we will be back!“
