This was our first time at Timber and we're extremely impressed. The food was incredible and Grace, our waitress, was lovely and very efficient. We will definately be back.

Been many times. Always close to a 5. Great food, service, desserts, and plenty of gluten free options! The food is always high quality and wonderful. Highly recommend. Great for a date night or when you have company.

Food and service are top notch for bangor. I enjoy eating here as much as I enjoy a hot bowl of lobster bisque. But between you and me, we all know they buy the taste of inspirations brand, warm it up and throw a couple chunks of lobster in there and call it a day

I travel for work and I like that Timber is inside of the hotel. I try to get down to the restaurant by 5:50/6 as usually hopping. This time I ordered the salmon and Timber salad with fresh greens, blueberries, apples and citrus balsamic vinegar dressing. The salad was fresh and delish! I ordered the salmon medium and it was! I love Israeli couscous and it was mixed with lots of veggies but it was served cold/room temp. It was incongruent though compared to the hot salmon and broccolini. I also ordered the blueberry pie. Very sweet, it featured the little blueberries. Yummy!I really enjoyed my waitress, Mia. What I mean by that is - I don’t like when the wait staff hovers or takes my plate too soon. She checked in a couple of times. It was perfect.Parking: Plenty of off-street parking

Not cheap, but reasonable for everything you get including awesome service and beautiful decor. Enjoyed my visit while visiting son at UMAINE. Would go back in a second. Also a great place for date night and drinks.

Nice ambience & great food. Strangely good for a hotel restaurant. Great service and a surprisingly wonderful dinner.

Back at Timber kitchen in bangor. Always a great experience some great food tonight. Had some great wings. Little timber salad, Maine scallop and shrimp, "Bayou-style" Shrimp Po'Boy,Ceaser salad. Their bread is the best in bangor.Vegetarian options: Earth bowl salad veggie.

This was a great restaurant, my only complaint was the price. Not surprised really as it was in a hotel in the heart of Bangor. The food was great and came out quickly. It was very busy when we arrived, we were told 15-20 minute wait but we were seated within 10 minutes. We had Parmesan truffle fries, spaghetti with meatballs and crab stuffed haddock. I’m glad I went with the half portion of spaghetti, it was plenty with the Parmesan fries we shared as an appetizer.

Upscale spot with similar atmosphere. Seems like a great spot for a date night. The domes for outdoor dining are particularly cool. The po boy was very awkward to eat from a functional standpoint but was very tasty.Kid-friendliness: With the prices of the kid's food, I would discourage bringing any but the most adventurous eaters
