“Was fortunate enough to pass by Bell the Cat as I was passing through Belfast! Clearly a local hotspot as evidenced by the many friendly people mingling inside, recognizing each other now and then. As I’d never been there before, Olivia at the counter helped me decide what to order, and was friendly, personable, and attentive. A+ for customer service! I was too late for breakfast tacos, (ends at 11am) but had an excellent meal nonetheless.I ordered a cup of the Thai Curry soup, which was highly recommended, and I can see why! Absolutely delicious. Texture was great, lemongrass especially was incredible. Warmed me right up.I also had the Chicken Poppy wrap, with feta cheese and strawberries, it was bright and summery on this cold day. Didn’t realize it came with a side of chips, that was a nice surprise.The dining area was casual and bright, restrooms clean and well-stocked, and everything was pretty reasonably priced, considering I got a full sandwich, a cup of soup, and a hot chocolate.If I’m in the area again, I would not hesitate to return :)Kid-friendliness: Casual vibe, open seating, kid-friendly“
“I am from NY and stopped here to grab a quick bite before heading back to NY. Even though I found all of the Maine natives to be friendly and helpful, I felt it was important to mention s young man working the counter at this DUNKIN Donuts! Bryton welcomed us and checked on us while he was finishing up with the guy in front of us. Then apologized for our wait (less than 5 mins) he was happy to explain some changes to the menu items and gave us recommendations such as the blueberry filled donut, since we were in Maine we had to try it! His smile is engaging and he was earnest in his work. He is s special person and an incredible employee. Another employee working the drive through was not very nice to Bryton and he's very very lucky I didn't jump over the counter, knock him down and scream BE NICE!! I think everyone in the world should take s lesson from Bryton he is hardworking, sweet and should be the face of DUNKIN! I hope this review gets to him, if it doesn't when/if you decide to visit Belfast, ME stop by and meet this guy. He's awesome“
“I usually never post but today I had the best service from a shop/store I have in quite a longtime. I dont know the man's name but was a tall redhead and he was so nice and it really makes a difference in the world when there's still some kindness out there. He deserves a raise:)“

“I loved this cafe—it's so cute inside with lots of plants and a big selection of pastries. The croissant was really tasty. The best part—the cafe will put your takeout coffee in a reusable to-go mug. Just bring it back to the shop when you're done. It's such a genius way to reduce plastic waste!“
“Love the girls that work here in the a.m. my coffee is always good ? the only thing I don't recommend is anything containing an egg. This has nothing to do with the employees working at this branch were any branch for that matter. I believe Duncan as a corporation switch to the egg manufacturer or the way they process them prior to sending them to the individual restaurants. For the last month they are always..... We will say gooey just because I don't know how else to describe it. It's almost as if it's a runny yolk texture but not. And it's not just at my location of had egg on my breakfast sandwich at 3 other locations and they're all the same.“
“Coffee was great. However, Bit of an attitude from the girl being the counter because I brought my dog in. Despite it being a service dog. She never asked. She just assumed and told me "no dogs allowed" then told me to leave and she would bring coffee out. Honey cake was delish. First time trying that. Apparently, it is a thing here.“
