I usually never post but today I had the best service from a shop/store I have in quite a longtime. I dont know the man's name but was a tall redhead and he was so nice and it really makes a difference in the world when there's still some kindness out there. He deserves a raise:)
This is the only Duncan I actually enjoy. There sandwiches, bagels and toast are very good and never. Have that burned or chemical cleaner taste the other local Duncan’s can’t seem to get right. The coffee drinks are top notch in my opinion, consistent quality and made correctly, thank goodness for you all, I really appreciate your hard work, please let the other Duncan know your secrets they really in help . In my book your 10 stars

Was jonesing for a Dunkin but after going here I had to remind myself why I don't really like Dunkin. All my donuts were thrown in a bag instead of a box so my Boston creme donuts got their chocolate all over the other donuts. Just lovely. They weren't wrapped and it was a complete mess.I ordered from the pick up kiosk and the person who arrived 10 minutes after me got her order before me and hers was a larger order..if they have a system they need to follow it better.The coffee...read full review
