Had a wonderful dinner with my friend. I was definitely mind blown by the ribs, never seen them served like that. It was a good time.

I have been here quite a few times and have usually enjoyed it. The waitstaff and bartenders have always been really nice, the atmosphere is cool and usually they have a nice selection on tap.

I had a very delicious burger. Others in my party had Mac and cheese, which they said was lacking taste. Service was good, parking is a pia as it's on the street. Can be tough to park.

Had an amazing time. Friday night live music was great, i tried the brisket-nator and it was terrific. I've cooked brisket myself before and this was top notch. Great smoky flavor, juicy, tender, perfect. The poutine was about the best I've had outside of Canada. Sweet potato tots were Delicious as well. Overall a great meal, would definitely come back!

Four years ago, I rated this location 5 stars. If I could give it a negative star rate, I would. The food was not the same quality four years ago. We were the first persons on the day we visited. Our fries were very cold. Our burger was burnt to the point that the edges could not be eaten. When you looked at the burger, the bacon looked cooked, but when you took the bun off, the bacon was not cooked. Yeah, we are still trying to figure that out. Save your money and go eat somewhere else. If I had to say one good thing... the fried pickles were awesome.

I was eating here yesterday and there happened to be a special needs woman there as well who carried herself a stuffed animal for whatever special needs she had. I watched a woman on staff a server I think, take a picture of her and proceed to go to other staff members showing them and making fun of and laughing at this customer who just wanted some food. Absolutely disgraceful. Will not be supporting this business any longer

I was told by the blonde waitress there, that dogs were allowed in the restaurant. When she pets the dog and ruffles its ears~ then serves your food; I think the tale she tells of it being legal is questionable. I for one would at least wash my hands. The food was plated cold and undercooked with no attention to much of anything. Left there feeling bummed as it was a birthday get together for a party with of 6. I like to post good stuff about places ~ sorry this is not that.

I arrived 15 minutes before the rest of my party. And I sat at a table for six. Not one person stopped by to ask me if I wanted a beverage the entire time. Once the drinks order was taken, I had to ask twice to have my drink corrected. The waiter was annoyed, and very brusque. I also noticed on the bill that they charged me $8 for well vodka and $2 for a martini that was a new one for me. I ordered the stuffed avocados, an appetizer as my main meal. My food came out and then the rest of my table wasn't served for another 10 minutes. Sadly, the avocados were as firm as an apple and tasteless. Not a good buy for $13.98 . So disappointing. (1avocado split). I have to admit the pineapple, salsa and feta on top of it was the only good part . . This was my second attempt at this restaurant, as the first was also disappointing. I will not visit this restaurant again, nor will I recommend it. If there was a way to give no stars, I would do it for all aspects of this restaurant offerings.

The food was to die for! Very accommodating to what we wanted to eat, service was good but she could’ve been more attentive but not complaining! Definitely coming back!

This is second time we've tried this location and the second time we have been completely disappointed. The first time I ordered food that I sent back after two bites. I figured we should try again and get something different. This time we ordered wings but tenders came out. When I mentioned this, I said we were fine with the tenders but didn't want to be charged for them since they cost more than the wings, but we were charged the higher cost anyway. I ordered a steak sandwich that came out on the soggiest bread I've ever had with meat that had the strangest texture; and the fries were a peculiar combination of burnt but completely saturated in oil. I couldn't eat it and just asked the server to scrap it. When they gave us less than half the serving of cheese sauce for the pretzel app, we asked for more, for which they charged us. While the server was friendly, he made no attempt to make the poor experience with the food right. We will not be back.

It takes a lot for me to add a bad review or complain these days - I know everyone is trying their best, but I also feel badly for folks who waste their hard earned money trying to treat themselves and their family to a meal out, like we did this past week. Just cannot recommend this place. I've been to a lot of similar burger joints, and never been disappointed like this. The prices are really high for what you are served - portion sizes of the appetizers versus price were just outrageous. Spending $14 on "nacho fries" is the most ripped off I have ever felt in a restaurant in my life. It was a very small toaster oven size tray with a single layer of stale fries sprinkled with maybe 2 oz of shredded cheese, six tiny slivers of jalapeño, a few bacon bits, and a thimbleful of diced tomato (the few tiny bites of tomato were the best thing we had because in the entire meal it was the only thing that tasted fresh). I thought it was a joke or that I read the menu price wrong. They were gross and I can't believe when someone is spending that price for fries they just used the ends and broken bits from the end of a stale batch. The fries we got with our burgers were better - but even though these were super hot (had to let them cool a minute even) they still tasted stale on the outside. They have a good base but they just don't cook their signature fries in timely manner (I think they double cook them but wait too long in between). I could go on about the rest, but can sum up that everything else was either mediocre or just not good. Burgers and toppings were all straight out of a bottle or can, it felt like the kitchen was just a bunch of premade stuff tossed into toaster ovens. I don't mind paying these kinds of prices for a good burger and fresh food, but the portion sizes and overall stale taste of just about everything is just highway robbery at these prices. Only getting 2 stars because it's the holiday season, otherwise I'd be giving 1.
