A great memory from my trip to Maine. The pizza was amazing and the server was very quick and kind. Any vegans (or vegetarians or lactose intolerant people) should definitely stop by and try a dairy free veggie pizza. One of the best!Vegetarian options: Tons of veggie and vegan toppings, crusts, and sauces.Dietary restrictions: The menu and staff are very helpful, and there are lots of options.

A group of us were enjoying drinks at nearby brewery's but needed something substantial... we found this great place. Walked in and immediately were seated. Server was friendly and took our drink order. I went with a shipyard draft IPA. Great tasting g beer. Had to order pizza here, I went with their build your own pie. You pick, size, dough, cheese , sauce and toppings. Small Beer 3 cheese Red Pepperoni Pizza was amazing, hot perfectly cooked

I consider myself to have the foremost refined pizza palate in the Northern New England region and I have to say, Portland Pie here in biddeford is producing works of art with every pizza. Not only is the food delicious but I find the staff to be extremely good at their jobs. When I dine in, the servers leave me wanting for nothing. When I order delivery they promptly send a devastatingly handsome man to place my pizza directly in my hands. My favorite thing to order is the Nor'Easter Buffalo Chicken Pizza, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Other restaurants should take notes: this is how pizza is meant to be done!

Everytime I eat at portland pie I have a perfectly acceptable time, but the biddeford location is really something special. The blonde hostess with always greets me with warmth and compassion and my server arrives promptly and makes me feel like a king. The food is so delicious and absolutely worth the price. The old port pepperoni pie is a personal favorite. The staff seems like they're always having the best time and the energy is infectious! Eat here!

I share the sub par experience of other reviewers for this location. Store is managed poorly. I've had more than onebad experience at Biddeford. For example, I called in an order & they got it wrong even tho they were almost empty! Discovered the missing items so called them on the way back home to advise of the mistake but the Guy on the phone was extremely rude and the female manager wasn't any better when she got on the phone. NO offer of compromise and no understanding or kindness towards the customer. We are done with the Biddeford store. I'll travel to the Scarborough store if I want P Pie pizza. It has ALWAYS been consistently excellent there. The Biddeford store is an EPIC FAIL!!!

Waited an hour and a half for a veggie wrap. Walked in and not a soul in the restaurant. Stood at the front counter waiting to be helped for 10mins. I Walked over to the bar and had to call for someone to come up front from out back. Could hear chatter going on back there. I won’t be ordering from here again.
horrible food, horrible service, not at the fault of the bartender but way under stafffed. I sat at the bar and barely got any service because management thinks it's a good idea for one bartender to take care of the bar and full bar area (ten tables) including food service. the bar tender did the best she possibly could have, she was sweet and professional but inevitably had to be everywhere at the same time which means no one got great service. management needs to step up and realize this will not help anyone. this leads to getting cold appetizers after waiting for almost 30 minutes and walking out before you order dinner. please reorganize and support your staff.

I had placed an order online to be pickup at a later time that evening. When I had picked up the order I was told they had made the food two hours earlier and they were left out and cold. The kind woman that had started her shift 15 minutes prior to our expected pick up time saw this and had the kitchen re-make our order. I didn't catch her name but very thankful for her.Also, Call to place an order versus ordering online because my bank thought it was a fraudulent charge and shut my card off.Overall, food was ok.

Ordered from here today since we work in the building. The Thai Chili Cauliflower sounded great! It was anything but great. It was soggy, burnt and gross. There was a huge pile of what appears to be burn breading in the corner of the take out container as well as all through the bottom. I assume they tossed this in the sauce and put the entire tinfoil maybe in the oven. Will never try this again.

This was my second time coming here and I can say a lot has changed. We went when there was about two or three other parties and service were still slow. The food was decent as you can see in the picture they burnt the bread crumbs. Sad.
