“Omg such an amazing experience if you get the chance to go do it you won't ever forget it. The owner and his family are so very nice and came around and made sure every guest was ok and provided refreshments when needed. We had such a great time the meal was absolutely amazing then we took a small hike around the island to work it all off.”

“Booked 2 rooms last minute and so glad I did! This is a waterfront older hotel. Our rooms were spacious, outfitted with refrifg. microwave and small keurig. Both rooms (king and double) were immaculate! The covered waterfront deck was a comfortable nice size and we enjoyed our breakfast there. The motel dining area has lots of table seating with a Waterview for the included breakfast. Coffee was hot and plentiful. I think coffee/tea is available all day. The hotel is an L shape. Our rooms were the last 2 rooms (222 and 223) at the end of the L closest to the road..so our Waterview was an angle view. I think the owners need to plant a evergreen by the road to give some road screening for 223 room. Rooms 101 to 109 overlook the marina. Rooms on 2nd level look over marina. Rooms 112 to 119 and floors sbove overlook the harbor rather then marina.the rooms. And ours 222 and 223 was an angle harbor view. If handicap and need elevator it is in the lighthouse (see photo) Motel location is about a 7 minute ride to Boothbay Main St.. About a 3 min ride to local grocery store and circle k convenience store. I think it is a great location on the harbor away from the crowds yet very close. I like no restaurant as place is quiet in the evening. If you want to walk the footbridge into town the Boothbay Inn is a better location but I much prefer Brown's Wharf. I will be back to stay again and Kudos to the owners for keeping this waterfront motel comfortable, clean and in great condition.Rooms: Large rooms, comfortable seating. Rooms have micro, refrig, and small kuerig with Dunkin Donuts pods.Noteworthy details: Rooms spotless. Towels bedding clean. Comfortable. Covered deck great if raining. Beautiful harbor views. Waterfront motel.”

“The sub sandwiches here are probably the best I've ever had. They are so fresh and delicious, the tomatoes taste like they were just picked off the vine, and the dressing is just the right blend of spices. The bread was extremely fresh and delicious . It would've been nice if they had music playing softly as it was extremely quiet, the service was excellent, but not overly friendly.”

“We had such a great time trying the many beers here! My favorite was the Ovens Mouth which is a very unique pepper infused beer. Delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful and the food we tried was also very good!”

“Food and service was incredible. My partner and I came up to Boothbay for the weekend. We eat lots of khmer and Vietnamese cuisine and we were so thrilled to check this place out! “This place is the absolute best. The chef is a genius - underrated as far as I'm concerned, as this is some of the most delicious, inspired food in the harbor - if not the best. Plus, the wait staff is always so friendly and laid back. The atmosphere can't be beat. I can safely describe this place as a "haven" - do not miss out on dining here if you have the chance.”

“I've only ever been there for breakfast but it's been consistently good each time! Really cute interior. Small rooms and cozy as you can imagine due to it being inside a house renovated for a restaurant.I recommend the breakfast sandwiches! The fruit cups and bowls are also very good!”

“Celebrated our anniversary here and it was a nice cozy way to round out another year together! It was right across the street from our bnb and was one of the few places in the area open in early April (harder to find than you think!) so was all in all very convenient. We tried the grilled Caesar, crab cakes, lazy lobster and baked haddock with crab stuffing, and the blueberry pie. Grilled Caesar: yum, all good things, no complaints Crab cakes: pretty good, but would have preferred a few more lumps to change up the texture a bit Lazy lobster: my partner really enjoyed this, especially the fettuccine Baked haddock: a bit bland overall and the crab stuffing was the same as the crab cake, so same thoughts there Blueberry pie: filling was delicious but crust was a bit salty for our taste. Servers were very kind and attentive, always filling our waters and checking in on us which was appreciated!”

“The international staff used by Spruce Point Inn make a HUGELY POSITIVE difference. they are refined and DELIGHTED to work. They are not loud mouths blasting stupid "So what are we thinking tonight?" in your face. What a great experience!”

“Yes, it is not on the 'main strip' in Boothbay... however worth the short walk. We met the chef the night before at Pier 1 Pizza so, yeah - we had to go! Great atmosphere... service was excellent.. we had fish and chips. probably the largest piece of fish I have ever seen and it was delicious! I wish I had taken a picture to share.”

“We had breakfast and 3 dinners during our 3-night stay at the Spruce Point Inn. The food was and service were so good that we didn't have to look elsewhere for our meals. For our dinners we had the vegetarian bolognese, pork chops, littleneck clams (super yummy broth!), calamari, salmon, salad, crab cake, and for breakfast, the lobster eggs benedict was so good. Very enjoyable atmosphere, beautiful view of the spectacular sunsets from the dining room there. Couldn't ask for more, and it was just across the grand deck from our cottage, so convenient.”

“We were scheduled for a schooner ride and had a late lunch here. The schooner cruise was cancelled due to fog but our experience at the restaurant was so pleasant that we didn't mind. The food and drink was very good and our waiter, Andre, was attentive without being intrusive and made our experience quite pleasant. This place is quite close to Boothbay Harbor but not nearly as crowded. We will be back!”

“Just had the best lasagna we've ever eaten. Even better than what I can make. And a caprese salad which we shared. Place was packed (New Years Eve) with endless people streaming in but the young girl who seemed to be filling all the jobs was friendly and quick to get us a table. I highly recommend this establishment. Family friendly.”

“An older place, but comfortable and clean. Nice view. Our meals were amazing! Fresh haddock, and plenty of it, fried to perfection. My mom had scallops and shrimp, and my husband had a margherita pizza. All meals were wonderful. Will definitely go back. The staff were so helpful, especially with my 93 year old mother.”

“Pier One Pizza is awesome! The thin crust pizza was very tasty with lots of toppings. They have a very small area for eating. Only 4 tables in the pizza area. So this place won't hold a big group inside.”
